Our Norris Lake Vacation Rental Home - premier location on Norris Lake with your private dock - (The Island View at East Norris Point) is conveniently located on Norris Point between Flat Hallow and Springs dock, across from Island Marker #12 on Norris Lake in Lafollette, TN.

Stay & Relax right on the water, Four Master Suites, all with their own private full bath, 4.5 bathroom lake front home with private dock and free public boat ramp is conveniently close by (within walking distance) for launching your boat or jet skis.

The minute you walk in the front door you see the lake, and every bedroom has a lake view!
The lot has a ton of character between the house and the lake as it sits closer to the lake you get more privacy than other houses offer and don’t look at the neighboring homes. When you look out over the lake your see Otto Island and Chuck Swan Nature Preserve or boats on the water. The neighborhood is a mix of residents and rentals making it very quiet.

The smoke-free house is located where the Powell River and Davis Creek meet, about ten minutes down river from Flat Hollow Marina, and 15 minutes north of Springs Boat Dock. Both marinas have pumps, watercraft for rent and a grill. Additionally, you may bring your own boat and dock it in the covered slip provided at the base of the stairs leading from the house to the lake.

This Beautiful lake front home has it all! Four Master Suites, all with their own private full bath. It offers a spacious 4255 sq. ft of living space and sleeps 16. All suites have amazing views of the lake and access to the over-sized decks. Open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling, half bath, and stone fireplace in living room. Proceed downstairs to another open area, along with laundry room, rec area, and wet bar.
NEW 2-Story Dock. The lake side dock has two levels, with the top level featuring one dining area and one sitting area. The bottom deck has one dining area and one sitting area that leads to the private dock. The double decker dock has ample parking for two-three boats. **You get one covered slip and room for an additional space (uncovered). The upper deck boasts tons of space for lounging with chairs, chaise lounges, and two tables with umbrellas. A stand up paddle board and kayak offer hours of fun as well. Truly stunning views from this beautiful home. We do not provide life jackets. The home has a large propane grill with free propane.

The Island View Lake Vacation home rental has over 110 feet of shoreline. You will enjoy exploring the beautiful blue-green waters that span more than 800 miles of shoreline covering 34,000 acres. Across the lake from our house is Norris Point Island and Chuck Swan Wildlife Management Area, which occupies 24,444 acres on the Central Peninsula on the east shores of Norris Lake.

It is an everyday occurrence to see deer, turkey and a lot of other animals feeding and watering all around the lake. That is what makes Norris Lake an ideal environment for nature lovers, sportsmen and (Family) vacationers alike.

The fishing is great here at Norris Lake, year round and offers an abundance of Striped Bass, Largemouth, Small-Mouth and Spotted Bass, the Walleye, Crappie, Catfish and Bluegill. You can go fishing from our dock.

WiFi is 25Mbps, unlimited, free, and secure. WiFi is fast enough for normal office use, however, not suitable for reliable streaming.
