The public boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away at Ainger Creek Park with easy access to the community boat docks, first come first serve- registration with HOA after completing the background check to dock your boat. 25-foot maximum

Guests who stay here must complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 additional fee paid directly to the HOA once the reservation is made.
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
1 Shampoo and 1 bar soaps per bathroom
1 Garbage can liner
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
