Welcome to our Venice, Florida Condo. Now booking for 2026/2027 season! the lowest rate for a 3 month stay in Venice Florida! Our guests all rate our home the top in the area. Our home is a completely remodeled 2nd floor walk-up, 2 bedroom/2 full bath. 3rd room is a den with king-sized convertible daybed in beautiful Venice, Florida. This 2nd floor condo has ALL new (2021) Ashley furniture including new dining table and chairs, new living room sofa, recliner, end tables and buffet. The 2 bedrooms and den have new wood vinyl plank flooring(Primary bedroom 2021, 2nd bedroom and den 2023) The 2 bedrooms have new (2021) queen size mattresses atop new electric adjustable bed frames. The den has a new daybed that opens up to a same-height pull-out trundle bed which can extend from a twin-size to a king-size daybed. The 2nd bedroom and the den were freshly painted in January 2023. Our unit includes a large screened-in lanai with a view of the palm tree surrounded pond and has brand new patio furniture in it.. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to cook up your favorite meals as well as a new Keurig coffee maker and an old stand-by Mr. Coffee if that is more your style! A washing machine and dryer are in the unit for your use. Renters have use of the carport for one vehicle and there are additional parking spots available. Keyless coded entry, automated thermostat, and video doorbell access is all included, as well as Wi-Fi with basic cable tv, and smart programmable tvs in living room and 2 bedrooms. All are controlled by the tenants. Our unit is just a few steps walk to the club house, community pool, hot tub and workout room. The charming City of Venice with gorgeous beaches, fossil shark tooth hunting, lovely shops and enticing restaurants are a short drive down E. Venice Ave. Publix supermarket, Walgreens drugstore, and Calusa lakes, Waterford and Capri Isles golf courses are a few short blocks away too!
