Please note the original concrete front steps leading to the front door; review the photos to ensure all guests can navigate these uneven, sometimes challenging steps.

We're delighted to welcome your furry companions! A $75 pet fee per reservation is applicable, and we kindly request a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 40 lbs, and non-shedding.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Please be responsible for cleaning up any messes your dogs may create during your stay. If our cleaners have to perform excessive cleaning, we will be passing those fees onto you.
For the safety and well-being of all, we require that pets be crated when you are not present at the property. Additionally, we ask that your dogs be housebroken and kept on a leash at all times when outdoors or within fenced spaces.
If your dog tends to be vocal, we kindly request that you do not leave them outside while they are barking to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant stay for everyone.

Three days prior to your self-check-in, you will receive a door code for the smart locks, valid for the duration of your stay. This home and property is smoke free. You will be fined $300 if we find evidence of smoking in the home or outside property.
Please make sure all remotes are left at the property. If we are missing any remotes after your stay, we will charge you $25 for a replacement.
