The host was very helpful. The condo was adequate but there were a few things that needed attention. All the rugs were dirty and spotted and the furniture could use a cleaning. The showers had no grab bars or soap holders and the shower floor was very slippery. Dangerous for the eldery. The kitchen could have used a few more supplies such as. Paper towels, dish towel, etc.The biggest problem were the elevators. Waiting time was anywhere from 5 min. To 30 min. plus!!! Very frustrating!Traffic noise was very loud when sitting on balcony. I would not recommend Hyde Beach House.

Everything was wonderful. It was a very relaxing vacation. I loved that the pool was never overcrowded like most of the resorts we’ve stayed at and the walk to the beach is short.

Winter getaway

Located on the intracoastal with beach access across the street. Two beautiful pools on the proprty with breathtaking views. Great amenities and conveniently located to Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. This was our 2nd year and we'll be back! Love this condoo.

The condo was nice but a few things that needed maintenence or repair. There were a few dings in the walls and base boards needed fixing. It was difficult to get hot water in some of the sinks. The dishwasher had a couple of wheels missing so the bottom rack was difficult to pull in and out. Also the carpets were dirty and needed cleaning. The building phones in the unit did not work to reach the front desk. The elevators were extremely slow and needed better management in the building, ex. One elevator was out of service so the other 3 going to all 43 floors needed to work extra hard. We had to use the stairwells numerous times due to delays. To fix this, they could allocate 2 elevators to floors 1 to 21. And the remaining two elevators, if working, would go to floors 22- 43. This would alleviate numerous slowdowns in the building. The building will also only had one luggage cart to take luggage to all 43 floors.Overall it was a nice place in the amenities were nice.

The location was perfect with beautiful ocean views and close to Hollywood Beach, great shopping at Aventura Mall and wonderful restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and the amenities were as promised. Host responded quickly to all inquiries.

Wonderful condo for an extra long weekend in Florida

The space was excellent for two couples. Two master bedroom-style sleeping quarters and the common space were great. Balcony is enormous with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. Well-situated with easy access to the beach, Walmart and liquor store (for supplies). Property amenities were fantastic. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean condo with every needed amenity, both inside and around the property! The condo was clean, with modern new appliances and clean and upgraded bathrooms. It has a great big balcony with a great view of the pool area and the ocean in the distance. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk across the street, and the pool is clean and very accessible, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The best part is the host’s communication and flexibility with every single one of our requests. We will definitely visit again!

Gorgeous view

Great stay, wonderful friends we went with for my retirement trip. Only troubles were the elevators took way too long and sometimes never came. The room was wonderful. All the amenities other than a couple more trash bags would be handy. We left a couple floor fans in the bedrooms for the next guests to use. Overall, we had a fantastic stay visiting the area and seeing the sights and sounds. (Boat taxi was awesome in the Fort Lauderdale area.).

Nice apartment

Check in was smooth, the front desk staff were friendly. I received two keys, and asked for 3rd one but they said that it is not possible, ok. The apartment was specious, the kitchen had all the necessary cookware. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The view was great, in particular at sunrise and in the afternoon when the sunlight exposes the beautiful colors of the ocean. I only have a few suggestions. The place needs better cleaning. The rug was not clean, under the couch there are plenty of things left by previous guests, that means no one is cleaning under it.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights in july. Myself/wife, 2 teenage boys (16/17) and pre teen daughter. The room was directly off the elevator and facing the ocean about 3 floors above the 6th floor recreation and outdoor pool area. The property was modern with high-end appliances and large balcony with a very nice/luxurious feeling. We found the room to be ideal. People watching of pool but also with ocean views and the other high rises at night is quite nice. We sat outside until late hours just enjoying this late at night.We mostly did the beach, and traveled to lauderdale, miami, and everglades, making this area central to us. It was a quieter area and we did like the area. We had a car and used valet. Valet was great but there is the fixed 40/day fee (and no need to tip). We found this absolutely necessary having a car, but we also planned to explore too. There is a small walk across the property and road to the beach. The 7/11 there has pretty much what you need for beach days. Coffee - i kinda went without. I used the pods in the room the first day bit they didnt seem to be designed for a full maker and i was too lazy some mornings to just go get a coffee before the family woke up. I would stay here again for sure. The only negative i can say is about the couch pullout in the living room - we needed for our teenage boy as another bed and it was slightly uncomfortable and a little beat up. Everything else though super exceeded expectations and
