Very clean and cozy cabin! It was perfect for our weekend getaway with family. We were 4 couples, and loved that this property offers nice and comfortable accomodation for couples, king and queen beds, with enough bathrooms instead of a lot of twin or bunk beds. We enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit, and enjoyed having a modern and practical kitchen.

The house was wonderful for the 6 of us including a baby. There are views of the forest at every angle and it was so peaceful. Everyone really liked the porch on the top floor. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay - one of the highlights was the Apple Butter festival!

We enjoyed Christmas with my family of four and spent most of our time enjoying the kitchen (loved the layout and was well stocked with utensils and cookware). We also enjoyed making puzzles looking out into the woods. It was so nice and peaceful! The host is very welcoming and responsive, although we didn’t need to contact them during our stay I was confident that they would be available if we needed. The home was easy to find and check in to. The home was clean and spacious, with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, two fireplaces, a cozy porch and a nice two story deck. It’s only about a 10 minute drive into Berkley Springs where we enjoyed Astasia spa, Creekside store, and one of the really cute coffee shops. It looks like an even more promising stay in warmer weather fall spring or summer with lots of nature and activities around. Excellent stay! Just what I hoped for:

Perfect Nature Retreat

This house is lovely and relaxing. The layout is ideal for being together with everyone - as well as for hanging out separately, when that's preferred. Our adult children loved to hang out in the hot tub, while my husband and sat on the upstairs screened porch. We had a great time here. And the beds and linens were very high-end and comfortable.

Our stay was lovely! It was a great time to turn off devices and be with the whole family and enjoy each other’s company. The community was pretty nice and had a nice pool, and the hot tub at the home was great. There was a little confusion around the checkout procedures since the on-site instructions didn’t match the rental agreement but that was sorted pretty easily. Overall, definitely an enjoyable week!

Nice place and responsive owner

We had a great three day stay at this property with friends. It is in a great location with lots of nice walks in easy reach. The owner is super responsive (we had a couple of minor issues and she was very responsive very quickly). Definitely recommend this house!

Amazing Stay!

Our girl group loved our stay! Communication with the owner was outstanding. We’ve been coming to Berkeley Springs, WV for over 20 years and this home was amazing and extremely convenient to all activities. Thank you for an amazing time. Looking forward to a future stay!!

Family Reunion Trip

TreeTop is a spacious property with a well appointed kitchen, good beds, lovely screened porches (2), comfortable and stylish furniture in multiple gathering spaces. All in an upscale neighborhood in a gorgeous wooded setting. The host was very responsive to my questions and comments prior and during our stay. Just perfect for a big group, as ours was 8 plus family daytime visitors

Great property in a peaceful, relaxing setting

Beautiful property in a serene, wooded setting. The home was well equipped and ready for our stay. We loved the screened in porch where we met as a family to relax every evening with the backdrop of the sounds of the woods. Hosts were very responsive providing guidance and reminders for our stay.

Perfect Getaway

This property was the perfect place for our girls trip. 6 of us stayed (2 shared 1 room, everyone else had their own bed) and had such a relaxing and fun experience. We loved exploring Berkeley Springs- the food and atmosphere were amazing- then ending the evenings with the hot tub and movie nights. The place was clean, well stocked, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Family Celebration

We weathered hot weather,a power outage,fire restrictions and the pool being closed and it didn’t damper the fun and good time had by all. The home is beautiful, well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. Internet performed very well with a houseful of users. Plenty to see and do in the area. Beach at Cacapon very nice! Great place for families!

A perfect Family Gathering!

We had the most amazing time at this property. The house truly was a luxury getaway in the hills of West Virginia! We took lots of trips in the area and enjoyed our experience! Even went to the gorgeous pool one day. The house was clean and updated and had plenty of space for our family! I would highly recommend this rental for a group of 8 to 10 people.

Amazing

This was one of the most amazing VRBO trips we have been on. The house is incredible. Immaculate, peaceful, serene, everything we were hoping it would be. Our hosts were incredibly generous and made the whole process seamless. From the hot tub to the screened in porches, everything was beautiful. We look forward to visiting again!

Great space for girls getaway

We really enjoyed our time in Berkeley Springs for our annual girls weekend. This home was the perfect base for our group. We loved how well laid out the house is and the variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. The fire pit and the hot tub were a big hit and we enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and eating together at the spacious dining room table. Loved the screened rooms on both levels. Great space!

Super clean super fun super easy great owner. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub and the challenge of the trails. Absolutely gorgeous renovations but like we’re sitting in a treehouse. Treehouse Glamping. Loved it!!!

Memories waiting to be made.

The comforts of home in the treetops. Being repetitive guests we can confirm all off the positives mentioned in other reviews are true. Each member of our family ranging in ages from 60 to 80 thoroughly enjoy spending time at this listing. Katie makes the entire process seamless.

Treetop Breeze has been an amazing transformation. It was built in 1978 with a solid bones but when we acquired, it still was 1978. Everything from orange shag carpet to paneled walls, small galley kitchen and more. Our transformation to a modern rustic chalet turned out better than expected. We have appointed this home to be a very comfortable modern space for you and your friends. Being located in Coolfont Community gives you many more options for amenities such as hiking to Berkeley Springs Brewery, use of our gorgeous community pool and jacuzzi, playground, tennis courts, and simply the seclusion of being in the peaceful mountainside. As you sit on one of the two porches you will be amazed hearing the critters come alive and most likely will witness more than one family of deer grazing on the flora of our forest.
