Located canal-front in a quiet residential neighborhood, this lovely Marco Island home is ready for your next southwest Florida getaway. Explore by water via the private dock or hop on one of the provided bikes and head to the beach, a little over three miles away, on two wheels. Lots of shops, restaurants, beach bars, and other amenities are nearby.

At home, start the day with coffee and a good book on the screened waterfront lanai, with the ceiling fan keeping everything cool. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, charming coastal decor, and plenty of room to spread out. A private washer/dryer and central AC add a layer of comfort and convenience. Whip up delicious dishes in the updated, full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Grab a bite at the window-front dining table, or step back out to the lanai to dine alfresco. Spend time at home playing board games or watching the latest release on either streaming-capable TV. End the day back out on the lanai, with a beautiful sunset view and a toast to your good luck at booking the perfect Marco Island escape.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 45 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
