The ultimate beach getaway for 10 awaits you here at Lifeguard Loop. This 2-story home offers something for everyone, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a master suite on each floor, a private heated pool, a screened-in porch and so many extras.

Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a vibrant living and kitchen area, colorful and comfortable - perfect for everyone in the family, even your furry friend! The kitchen is an open concept, with all the supplies guests need to cook for the whole group.

As you walk through the living room, you continue on to the dining area, with family-style seating, and access to the screened-in porch. Guests rave about the porch, as a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the private pool, or have a drink in the afternoon or evening. The main floor also features a powder room, as well as a master suite (1 of 2 in the home). For your convenience this home also comes with a Pack 'n Play and baby gate.

On the 2nd floor you'll find 3 more bedrooms including another master suite. The wrap-around porch is a fantastic bonus, with plenty of comfortable furniture and great views of the Seacrest Beach neighborhood..

The backyard at Lifeguard Loop is a huge hit with its private pool (with option to heat). Guests traveling with pets appreciate the fact that the pool area is completely enclosed. Adjacent to the pool area is an outdoor shower, as well as a gas grill. Guests also have access to Seacrest's 12,000 square-foot resort-style pool plus the free seasonal beach tram to the beach. You can truly have it all at Lifeguard Loop.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed. Private bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower and tub.

Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Seacrest Beach II:
The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
