Entworfen von einem preisgekrönten Architekten, laden wir Sie ein, die ruhige, beruhigende Atmosphäre ihres eleganten, modernen Hauses zu genießen. Dieses Haus ist nur eineinhalb Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entlang des Weges zu den spektakulären, unberührten weißen Sandstränden von Rosemary Beach. Es ist auch nur ein paar Blocks von den vier privaten Pools, dem Spielplatz, den Tennisplätzen, dem Spa, den Restaurants und den Geschäften von Rosemary entfernt.

Dieses Haus eignet sich hervorragend für eine große Familie, zwei Familien, eine Gruppe von Freunden oder einen geschäftlichen Rückzugsort. Es verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett / eigenem Bad / Balkon, ein erstes Gästezimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein zweites Gästezimmer mit Queensize-Bett und Gemeinschaftsbad sowie ein Loft, in dem weitere vier bis sechs Personen Platz finden. Selbst bei einem vollen Haus bieten die große Terrasse / Pool * und die fast eintausend Quadratmeter großen Terrassen und Balkone im Freien viel Platz zum Entspannen, Lesen, Unterhalten, Sonnenbaden oder Entspannen.

Es hat eine große Veranda mit einem sprudelnden Springbrunnen am Ende und überblickt eine Wiese, ein großartiger Ort für Boccia. Es gibt auch einen großen überdachten Holzbalkon, über dem sich der Vordermeister befindet. plus eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf den Pool ist aus dem Rücken Master.

Der Innenraum bietet eine Atmosphäre aus Licht, Glas, Kalkstein und Holz. Die 1. Etage ist ein offener Raum, der Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche miteinander verbindet. Die großen Wohnzimmertüren lassen sich nach hinten klappen, so dass ein offener Fluss von der Veranda durch den Pool * / Patio-Bereich möglich ist.

Good location but the kitchen is not well stocked. Management was quick to respond when the coffee carafe was broken. Light in the vanity upstairs was out, they came to fix it right away. Kitchen utensils are very worn and need to be replaced. The kitchen layout is awkward

Large multi bed loft bunk and three additional rooms offer plenty of sleeping space. Quiet street but easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Only negative was home and furnishing showing signs of wear and pool was not able to be heated. Consistent, timely information from rental agency made a smooth stay. Been visiting area for years, and once again, one of my favorite houses in Rosemary Beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like any rental home we have previously stayed at, wear and tear are present; however, this home was better than most. Having a small pool at the house was clutch with younger kids. The kitchen is reasonably well appointed. The air conditioning was” interesting”. The bottom floor was really hot until we discovered an open utility door on the exterior housing the a/c unit. Inside we found the control box that actually controlled the temperature. We were able to place this on the first floor so it could sense the real temperature. Then the home cooled properly. This seems sketchy to me when many controller systems allow temperature range locks. I understand they are trying to prevent excessive power bills, but 70 is all we were asking and getting 78.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let start with the negatives:This house is hardly stocked, which I was shocked by this, being in the area it is. There are only TWO bowls in the kitchen for meals. The rest are large mixing bowls. There are plenty of plates and silverware though. There are no basic seasonings, foil/storage for leftovers. Not necessarily a big deal, but definitely something to keep in mind and an added cost to your grocery bill. There are no beach/pool towels, throw blankets. Like I said not dealbreakers but just inconvenient. It being Florida, we expected some rain. Come to find out there are no rain umbrellas anywhere in the house which was a huge bummer. We were instructed to buy our own when I asked for some. The beach chairs they advertise seemed to be free we just had to call and reserve. This could be my mistake/ a misread of the fine print. Chairs for 7 people on the beach here were $300. A day. I called several times over the months leading to our stay to ask for an earlier check in(we happened to have 2 heavily pregnant women in our group otherwise I wouldn’t have asked) and there was no accommodation for that even after calling. Again, something to keep in mind especially if you have an early arrival like we did. We had several service people walk in unannounced. I was informed of a lightbulb change but not the pool guy. Yet the lightbulb men walked right in, no knock or anything. This was off putting to our group as it were all women. We were also almost unable to use the pool according to the pool guy because he had to treat it. As seen in the pictures there are no curtains downstairs. The homes are close together in this area and this was another unsettling thing, especially at night. Finally there were lots of roaches. Gross. The positives: Great location, everything is walkable, beach access, amazing pool, good beds. The setup is a bit funky, I wouldn’t recommend to

A First Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a lovely first family vacation with our 3 year old. Rosemary is so lovely, it’s hard to go wrong with the location! So sweet, quiet, quaint.. fairytale-like! 30A Luxury is great to work with and this was the second time in 6 months we’ve used them. Wouldn’t choose anyone else! Always helpful when we need them! As far as this specific cottage, I was a little disappointed in its condition. The house itself is beautiful, and in its prime it would have been breathtaking! It does show plenty of wear and tear now though. I wouldn’t recommend it for little kids with the stairs - especially with no bedrooms on the lower level. The pool was WONDERFUL for our daughter with the shallow end, definitely something we appreciated. Overall, I wouldn’t stay in this specific house again. I WILL use 30A Luxury again though and previously enjoyed the other rental we had our first time. The location of Astley Cottage was perfect - just a few buildings down from the ice cream shop and plenty of other shopping! Still felt secluded and we LOVED riding and walking the boardwalks. Can’t wait for the next vacation!

You're right next to the main square, so you can walk anywhere you need. Very clean and well furnished! And the master shower is very fun! We loved the heated outdoor pool and dining area! Would definitely return! Only negative was with the open floor plan and all the wood floors/walls, sound reverberates between the floors very easily (kids lol), and the pool alarm on nearly all the exterior doors was annoying (can't open without pressing a button/can't leave open). Our friends from Florida who stayed with us said they've never heard of it, despite the rental saying it's state law.

In its current condition I would give it about 3.5 stars. It has really design good bones with the exception of the mid floor main bedrooms... Especially the middle queen size bedroom which is not really private from the other king room (they share a bath, but it doesn’t have its own door. Sort of a weird design flaw. Positives: main living area has great natural light,tall ceilings and good open floor plan with good comfortable community seating. Great for gatersings. Really nice TV and Sonos sound system. The kitchen is overall nice. The mattresses are pretty comfortable. Has a morning porch and upstairs balcony for sunrises and the pool gets afternoon son. The pool, although small, is nice, with a large patio area. Negatives: House is a bit dated and needs some updates and some minor maintenance/refurb. Since this is a pet friendly house, if you are sensitive (have allergies)to pets, you may want to avoid this property (I think most of this could be remedied if they replaced the rugs). The bedrooms decor are nothing special and extremely plain. Overall, this home is a pretty good value as compared to most Rosemary rentals. 30-A Luxury Rentals is one of the best to work with. This is my second time using them over the course of the last 12 years of renting in Rosemary. They are extremely responsive and have great communications systems in place via text and email. They dropped the ball on one minor maintenance request of missing lights in two bath vanities, but in their defense, the bulbs were unusual, and probably had to be special ordered. It would have been nice if they had communicated a little better on it though (never heard back on the issue). All in all, using high-end Rosemary rating standards, I would give this property a 3.5 star rating. Hopefully the owners will do some updates, which could quickly raise it to 4 star prop

Not Up to Rosemary Standards

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always chose a different home for our Rosemary Beach family vacations, because there are so many cool options to experience! This home however, was the first disappointment we have had and it was a huge one at that. From mold, to broken appliances and cabinetry, to malfunctioning pool alarm, to a shared bathroom that lacked any privacy... I could go on. Pass on this home, it felt like a cheap wanna be.
