Your family will be close to everything that the Village of Fairport offers when you stay at this centrally located 2-bedroom home which can sleep up to 5!

-- Erie Canal access for hiking, biking, kayaking
-- Thomas Creek Ice Arena five minutes down the road (2.2 miles)
-- Restaurants/Pubs/Shopping all walking distance in village

Pets welcome if approved - please enquire. Pet fee is $25/night per pet, to be paid a few days prior to arrival. Variable pricing for longer stays.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a queen bed in one, and a queen/twin combination in the other. Perfect for parents who need child in same room.

The full bathroom with shower/tub is located on the main floor, as well as a half-bath on the main floor.

*** Please note: There are train tracks about two blocks away, adjacent to the canal, with trains passing through several times/day.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
