Perfect home away from home for visitors to Waco! Whether you are alumni/fans coming in for a football weekend, parents coming to visit your Baylor student and looking for a great place to hang out, or sightseeing at Magnolia, this brand new home will meet your needs. House sleeps 8, with open design kitchen/living room, all new appliances and granite countertops, fenced backyard with fire pit, and plenty of parking off the street. Large master with on-suite full bath and walk-in closet, second king bedroom, cute bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks, and another full bath. Living room has a 65 inch TV for watching movies or the big games of the weekend. In the tree-shaded backyard, we have set up a fire-pit and seating for winding down at the end of the day.

The property is located 3 blocks from I-35 and walking distance to George's with their famous Big O's. A 2 min drive takes you to Baylor's beautiful campus and McLane stadium. A 3 min drive will take you to the Silos and all things Magnolia. While the house is close to HEB for groceries and numerous fast food spots, a binder with local restaurants will help you find the perfect dinner reservations. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking and staying-in.

Excellent property

I received excellent directions to the property. The house and yard were spotless and well-equipped, and the bonus fenced backyard with rockers was great for my granddaughter and dog to play in. Driveway parking is a plus in this area. It is close to all the places we visited. I will stay with them again.

Waco move out stay

State Golf Tournament

Very clean new home 5 minutes away from Cottonwood Golf Course. Very close to Baylor University and the famous Magnolia Silos. Enjoyed our stay! House was perfect for a small family.

Great proximity

Great proximity to restaurants and silos and surrounding entertainment. Beautiful immaculately clean house. All amenities were awesome, most rentals don’t provide that stuff so this was definitely a plus. Surrounding houses seem to be getting renovations, wonderful stay and would definitely rent from Michelle again!!

The Great Baylor Visit

Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and comfortable. We were visiting a friend who goes to Baylor and the location was convenient for all of us. Didn't get to spend much time in the nice, flat, fenced in yard but could have a good time out there. The next door house was really trashy but the neighbors were quiet and to themselves. We were happy with our stay.

Beautiful home!

Michelle’s house is as beautiful in person as in pictures! It was probably the best home rental we have ever stayed at. It was spotless and so warm and comfy. They have added every detail imaginable to make your stay perfect. The back yard is nice and with a brand new fence! Our dog loved it! We will definitely book this house again when we are back in Waco!

As everyone has said, the cleanliness and general atmosphere of the home were beyond satisfactory. The host was very thoughtful, responsive, and helpful to say the least. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. The house is on a pretty busy street, so bring white noise if you're a light sleeper. Close to everything, which was great!

Wonderful all around!

If there weren’t other reviews, I would have thought we were the first family to rent this house! It was probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. My kids enjoyed the backyard and the large TV! We are a family of 5 and everyone was very comfortable. The coffeemaker and Kind snack bars were very appreciated!! Will definitely rent this home again next time we’re in Waco!

Great Visit to Waco

We stayed at this property while moving our son in for his junior year at Baylor University. The location ended up being very convenient to the places that we needed to go. The house is extremely nice. Everything is new and clean and well decorated. We had everything that we needed. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings in the rocking chairs in the backyard. There are some older houses on the street but we found everyone to be very nice and it was quiet and peaceful. Michelle was a great host.
