Our favorite summer vacation spot

We love cape Charles, and Coastal Soul was a perfect spot for our annual family vacation! Floor plan was perfect, close to everything! Thank you so much for a great time!!!

The house was great! Multiple bedrooms of varying sizes made it easy for our family to visit. They provided lots of activities, games, and beach gear - so even though we forgot some things, they had us covered. We would definitely visit again

Coastal Soul - 4th of July

Great house and a quick drive into town. The kitchen/living areas were spacious. The kids particularly loved the games in the garage.

Beautiful, well stocked home in great location

This home had everything we needed. Communication with host was great, and they were very helpful when we needed something. The house was very clean, and the location was ideal. We would love to come back here!

Family Trip

This house was great for our family of 5, plus two grandparents. It was especially great that the house came stocked with linens, towels, and bathroom products. We will stay here again if we decide to vacation in Cape Charles again! Thanks for the great hosts!

Lovely Cape Charles home

Coastal Soul provided the perfect place for our group of cousins to stay when we attended a family wedding. Jill was attentive in every way and answered any questions we had immediately. Thank you for sharing your comfortable home!

Yes, the kitchen was equipped with everything any chef would want. All four bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The private bathrooms off 3 of the 4 bedrooms were most convenient. Our hosts were just the best...answered all questions in a timely and friendly manner. The location is perfect for a golf ride to town and we found the Seafood Eatery and Shanty to have delicious seafood. We are extremely pleased with all facets of our stay and highly recommend it.

3rd annual summer family vacation

House was terrific! Our favorite one yet! Lots of room which was very helpful as the week was a bit rainy. Kids enjoyed the community pool along with the beach. Liked ample off road parking. House well supplied and hostess even added a crockpot when we asked about one. Definitely above and beyond! Highly recommend you choose this home!

Our host Jill was wonderful. The property was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. I texted Jill earlier in the week to see if there was a cocktail shaker and there wasn’t but since I had ask for one she said they most likely needed one if i was asking and there was a new one in the bar area when we arrived. The host was very responsive to any questions I had or anything we needed!The stay was very enjoyable for my family. We rented golf carts and the house was close to beach, restaurants and downtown.

Amazing

We had the best time! We went to beaches, the kids had a blast catching and releasing little crabs, playing in the sand, playing in the bay and ocean, etc. It was close to many good eating places and the house itself was amazing! We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids, plus there was a game room in the garage that we all enjoyed. Very accommodating and the owners were very nice when we had questions. We will definitely try to rent this house if we go to Cape Charles again.

A wonderful time at Coastal Soul!

We had a fantastic time here! The house is absolutely lovely and so well equipped with lots of great little touches, from the jewelry stands in each bedroom to the board games for all ages in the family room (my kids got a lot of use out of Throw Throw Burrito). We even got some ping pong time in during a rainy week. Jill and Mike were great hosts and very responsive. We especially appreciated them checking in with us during a brief power outage one evening. Would highly recommend this home!

Sept. Bliss

Great location for our son's wedding. Property was a great size for our family with more than enough room for everyone. House was well furnished from the kitchen to the room rooms. The one drawback that was an annoyance was the invasion of fruit flies that we just couldn't get rid of from inside the house. Other than that, everything else was just fine.
