Welcome to the C building…the C stands for Convenience! This stunning 2 king bed, 2 bath Penthouse Condo is less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City! There is a fireplace for cold nights, and stunning views off our back deck of Table Rock Lake, as well as the beautiful Ozark Mountains! The master bathroom even has a jetted tub! The second bathroom has a nice shower/tub! We love it here and think you will too!



The Space:

This stunning 2 bedroom penthouse condo is less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City! We are also just a few minutes from Indian Point Marina on beautiful Table Rock Lake. We have stunning views off our back deck of Table Rock Lake as well as the beautiful Ozark Mountains with the silhouettes of roller coasters from Silver Dollar City popping through the trees! Being only 10 minutes from the Branson Strip's shows, shopping, and entertainment, this is the perfect location for your Branson getaway. This is a upper level unit, meaning there are about 18 stairs up to get inside, but none once you are in. This condo boasts a full kitchen and two large bedrooms, each with a king bed, as well as a fold-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids. There is a fireplace for cold nights and a beautiful back deck for those cool Ozark days when you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Ozark mountains and Table Rock Lake. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate shower, while the second bathroom has a nice shower/tub. There is a TV in both rooms! We provide starters of everything you may need on a vacation including soap, shampoo, dish soap, towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have a regular coffee pot and a K-cup coffee maker, and blender. All you need to bring is clothes and food!



Guest Access:

The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the community pool (open seasonally), the community grills and firepit, and the walking trails at the lower portion of the neighborhood.



The Neighborhood:

The Cliffs Resort is a beautiful hidden gem in the midst of the Ozarks! The three story condo building sits up high OVERLOOKING TABLE ROCK LAKE and providing a year-round view of the rolling hills of the midwest. In the summer months, you can relax or swim at the Resort's pool enjoying that same view of the trees and the water! The two level INFINITY POOL is located right next to Building C and open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend!



There is also a common's area with TWO CHARCOAL GRILLS where you can cook up your favorites on a cool evening! And a wood burning FIREPIT ready for roasting smore's with your loved ones! (Charcoal and firewood are not provided.)



Just down the road is a trail where you can walk to the lake to soak in the view, do some swimming, or bring your fishing poles! Head the other direction on the trail and it will lead you to a small inlet of the lake with a small hidden waterfall! It's a great little area to go for a walk and explore!



Getting Around:

Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just ONE MILE from the condo!



The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 9 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!

Indian Point Marina is just 9 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage, as trailers and boats are not permitted to be stored on The Cliff’s property.



CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.



Interaction with Guests:

No need for keys! You will be able to check yourself in with the keypad lock on the front door. We want to give you your space but we are local here in Branson and will be available to help if you need anything!
