The Space:

Welcome to your cozy retreat! This charming one-bedroom unit is designed to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Start your mornings in the spacious king bed, enjoying the convenience of the attached master bathroom with its relaxing shower and tub combo. The living area invites you to unwind on the queen sofa sleeper or curl up by the warm glow of the fireplace—a perfect spot for quiet evenings or storytelling with loved ones.



Coffee lovers, rejoice! The kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, along with a mini fridge and microwave for your convenience. Need to freshen up after a day of adventures? The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the in-unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze—a guest favorite!



We’ve stocked the unit with all the essentials so you can focus on making memories: soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, towels, paper products, cookware, and more. All you need to bring are your clothes, your favorite snacks, and your sense of adventure!



This unit is conveniently located on the main level with no stairs for easy access. If you’re traveling with a larger group, consider reserving the adjoining unit (L5) for even more space. Just reach out to us to coordinate!

Please be respectful of others in the building by honoring quiet time from 9pm - 9am and just in general be respectful of other guests. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, there is free parking on the property, but we ask that you limit 2 cars per condo. There will be a keypad to get into to your unit. You will be given an access code once your reservation is approved. The pool is a very short walk from the L building.
