From this particular townhome, you may be able to view the resident Elk herd that likes to winter behind the complex. Many guests have been able to enjoy wildlife watching from the windows here.

The large dining table has room for everyone to eat and enjoy, you won't feel cramped into a tiny space for meals here. The large living room features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace and access to the ground level deck. There is also a half bathroom located on this level for your convenience. There is one parking space in the garage and plenty of room for your gear. There is extra parking just outside the garage, but this space is limited and trailers and RVs are not allowed.

The layout of this rental feels more like a home with separation of main living areas and bedrooms, so you can put the kids to bed and not have to tip toe around afterwards. All the bedrooms are located on the upper level. The main bedroom features a comfortable King bed and large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The hallway bathroom contains a tub/shower combo perfect for the little ones after a day of exploration on the mountain. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a desk. Pack lighter, the full-size washer and dryer is also located on this level.

The Enclave is a quiet community of townhomes located in the mountain area. The community has a common area hot tub to enjoy and is located just a short walk to a free Steamboat City Bus stop which can whisk you away to the mountain and downtown. In the summer time, enjoy the tranquil walking paths just outside your door and you may see some friendly wildlife as you sip your morning coffee on the deck.
