This 2BR/2BA Ski-in/Ski-out to the "Right of Way Trail" condo is on the top floor, featuring vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the amazing views of the ski mountain from every room or from your private balcony.

The condo has been recently updated with lodge décor, fresh linens and is fully stocked with anything you might need. There is a wood-burning fireplace that brings the perfect warmth and ambience to this charming condo. Perfect for families, friends, and couples.

ABOUT THE CONDO

With this rental you have access to several amenities, including a fitness room, hot tub , and an outdoor heated pool . Also, the condo comes with your own ski locker that makes ski-in/ski-out feature so convenient.

The kitchen is open to the living room and features stainless-steel appliances and comes fully stocked with everything you will need (including Keurig coffee machine and Mr. Coffee maker, there is also a milk frother). There are three barstools and large dining room table that comfortably sits 6 people. The entertainment center is stocked with lots of family friendly games. There is also a nice stereo system with surround sound speakers.

The open living room boasts incredible views of the ski mountain. Relax on the soft leather sofa and club chair. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV.

There are two spacious rooms. The master features a king size bed, built in closet, and a 32” flat-screen TV. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with a newly remodeled walk in shower.

The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 with a twin/full/twin trundle bunkbed, and a 32" smart TV. The adjacent full bath has a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.

THE LOCATION

This condo is ski-in/ski out, so you can cruise right down to the base area of the gondola and Steamboat Springs Ski Resort. The green ski run that is located out the back door of the condo complex is called Right-o-Way.
Other winter activities include dog sledding, ice fishing, and snowshoeing.

When the weather is warm, you can rent kayaks, tubes, and stand-up paddle boards and then head over to the Yampa River or the areas local lakes. Rent bikes and explore many of the areas amazing bike trails or the beautiful Yampa River Core Trail. There are countless hiking trails right out your back door and the surrounding areas. Steamboat Springs has it all!

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a clubhouse with changing room and gym. The condo also comes with your own ski locker in the same building just a 30 second walk away from the slopes. Parking for one vehicle is available in the lot.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay at Kelli's place. The condo is very comfortable and has an amazing view of the mountain. Just FYI, you cannot walk to restaurants or shops from the condo. We knew that ahead of time and it was fine for us. The ski in/out is SO convenient too! This is one of the best rentals I've had.

This is the place !

The moment we stepped into Kelli’s condo we fell in love with it. It felt like we were at home. We found everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Skiing in and out was excellent. Grocery store nearby ( City Market) was very well supplied .if you like sushi - they have good variety.I would recommend Brick for pizza and Apres Burgers bistro ( they have some healthy choices )

Great Access to Slopes, Great View, Well Done

Very cozy cabin feel, no maintenance issues, lots of extras such as board games and little items you might need while on your stay. The hosts did a fantastic job of presenting all the information you need for your stay in a binder. The access to Steamboat slopes is perfect, and there is laundry on the property. We would rent this place again.

Great Vacation!!

Our family had a great stay at “This Must Be The Place!”. The accommodations were super clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had groceries delivered right after we arrived (but wish we would have taken an inventory before ordering) - there were a lot of basic essentials already there from previous renters (coffee k-cups, sugar, hot chocolate, salt, pepper, spices, etc). So, we just added our stuff to the current inventory. The fireplace was awesome for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The balcony was great for coffee in the morning and late afternoon cocktails before dinner. This property is a true ski in/ski out, but we went late in the season, so conditions were not ideal for ski in/ski out. So, we ended up having to walk up and down the trail (not bad at all - about 30 yards down to Right O Way Trail). The only negative thing that I have to share - the shuttle down to the base of the slopes does stop around 4:30 PM.. You are NOT in walking distance to restaurants or shopping areas. We didn’t have any issues getting Ubers, but it was $20/$25 to take the mile/mile and a half ride down to the base area. So, if we Apres skied and missed the last shuttle - then it was a $25 ride back up the mountain to shower/change, $25 ride back to the village for dinner and $25 ride back to the place after walking around after dinner. Not very convenient - if you don’t have a rental car.

Perfect Spring Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our family of five! The living spaces and bedrooms are all exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals with plenty of extra supplies on hand. The ski in - ski out experience is so convenient. Even our novice 5yr old had no problem navigating the trail in/out. The patio area is very nice as well, with a perfect space to relax and enjoy the view. We’ve already booked for next year!

Wonderful condo and great location

I stayed at “this must be the place” with my husband and two children for our first trip to Steamboat. The condo exceeded our expectations. The decor is beautiful, even better than in pictures. The view of the slopes is breathtaking, and it was especially nice on the weekend nights to watch the night skiers while enjoying the late light on the balcony. The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. And the shuttle service was great, as was the ski on ski off access. Location is great. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. I definitely hope to stay there again soon!

Such a relaxing ski-in/out property off a "green circle" trail with easy access to the Gondolas and the T-Bar (IYKYK). We loved watching the skiers go by during the day, the lights of night skiing, and the snow-cats grooming at night. This property seemed bigger in person than in photos, and it was sharply and comfortably furnished and well-stocked. Big king bedroom with plenty of clothes storage, and a bunk with trundle to easily sleep 3 or 4 more - and a shower/bath for each bedroom. Loved the fireplace for toasty evenings. The heated pool and hot tub are a 45-second walk, and have a nice locker room to change warmly. Owner and manager are responsive and very helpful. Great stay - we would definitely book again. Two things to note: 1) The ski-in/ski-out take a small amount of athleticism (and be sure to note where to ski-in from the uphill condo), and 2) it's not really walking distance to any market or restaurant and has no shuttle after 4:36p.

Perfect Skiing Week

Everything was exactly as advertised and more! Wood burning fireplace came with plenty of wood and fire starters, which made our evenings after skiing very enjoyable. Ski in/out is great location and we spent time on the balcony just enjoying the view of the various activities ie night skiing, trekkers on the mountain.

Great stay for true ski in/ski out

Great condo for our family of 5. The condo itself was super comfy (the master bed was great!), clean, and well stocked. The view of the mountain was wonderful. We also loved having access to the elevator, ski locker, and pool/hot tub/sauna. Highly recommend!

WOW! Loved our stay

What a gorgeous unit coupled with super incredible views! This condo was very well stocked and had tiny details that made it one of our favorite places to stay. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a ski in ski out with a mountain view. Downloaded the RG Shuttle app so we could grab groceries at City Market and enjoyed a couple nights on the town. Would love to come back and stay in this beautifully decorated and conveniently located unit to ski in/out, and the unit is right near the elevator. Love the little touches like the candles and the fireplace. Met some fun people at Storm Meadows and in the hot tub which was a short walk from the condo. Five star local off a green catwalk. Great vacation!!!

Outstanding condo

Our family has been staying at different ski resorts the past four winter breaks, this condo is the best rental we have found so far. The owner was quick to respond to any question we had about the the property. The condo had every amenity you could want for a great vacation, we loved the wood burning fireplace! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including extra paper towels and toilet paper. The condo truly is ski in ski out which is awesome. Our kids, 16-18 loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was perfect. The views from the family room were amazing! At night the stars were so bright, we would light a fire, turn off the lights and enjoy the view of the mountain. We can’t thank Kelli enough for a wonderful family vacation at her condo.

Excellent in Every Way

This is an excellent vacation property. Clean, well appointed and organized. Kelli, who was our contact was absolutely amazing. She communicated with us clearly, answered multiple questions and gave us excellent recommendations from everything from dining and shopping to outdoor activities and adventures. I’m not sure when I have ever had a better stay at a mountain condo. I absolutely give this place my highest recommendation.

We reside in San Diego right now, but grew up in Steamboat. We still have family and friends in the area and love visiting as often as we can. Now that our kids are a little older and have friends they like to take on vacation with us, we thought it was time that we got a place of our own. It is so easy having our kids go out skiing without having to drive anywhere. The heated outdoor pool is great after skiing and the gym is really nice to have for days we do not ski.
