The ground floor is composed of the creative workshop / office, a large living room - dining room, and a large kitchen with worktop / bar.

First floor :
- A master suite with a large 180x200 bed, a hammock, toilet with Japanese toilet, private bathroom (a large bathtub and double shower)
- A children's room with two 90x190 beds, a private bathroom with toilet and shower, and a "secret door" giving access to a games room

On the second floor :
- A very large bedroom (320 sqft) composed of a 160x200 bed and an 80x200 sofa / bed with pull-out bed allowing for a 160x200 bed
- A bedroom with 160x200 bed
- A shared bathroom with shower

The kitchen is equipped with a water filtration system by the reverse osmosis system.
Guest access
Our house is located between the market and the Place de la République. It is a central point in Dinard.

Once you get home, you can do everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants ...)
