The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Being only 5-10 minute walk away from the numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife entertainment, you have convenience at your hand, yet you can be away from the hustle and bustle in your own Boho-Chic Modern home on a cul de sac street. Or spend your time at this 3 bedroom home with a peak-a-boo ocean view with a refreshing pool and oasis that is fully gated and secure.
The home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of town.
There is a owner’s casita built on the land currently. The owner may occupy this space on occasion however, if she is, she will be there but respect your space. And of course she can also be a great resource for things in town should you wish to reach out to her! Please note you will have complete privacy in the main home, garden and pool.
Once in, the front area meets guests right away with a beautiful pool. Guests can literally come from the streets, rinse off, and jump right into the pool.
Towards the back of the home is the entrance to this 2 level home. The 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms lie on the first floor, all with their own ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space. One with a king size bed, the other two with queen beds.
Upstairs is an open living space that include a full kitchen, living room with large screen tv, and dining area. Perfect for the whole group to hangout and unwind. But the best feature is a walkout balcony where guests can sit and enjoy their own happy hour at sunset. Did we mention there is a view of the ocean as well, especially during dry season?
Other little bonuses include a laundry room with a washer and dryer which will be open to guests' use. Furthermore, this property is equipped with a water filtration system, tank, and pump for guests' peace of mind.
Guests have access to all areas of the home. There are a few closet spaces that are locked to keep supplies organized and safe.

This home is just tucked behind the centre of town in a quiet cul-de-sac, a few minute walk away from restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife. A 5-10 minute walk will take you to the beach where you can encounter various wildlife, water activities, and pure relaxation. Everything is at your fingertips!
There is the driveway of the property behind secured gates, enough for 2 cars. As it is a cul-de-sac, it is a quiet street, thus any extra cars can be parked on the street by the home. Please just be careful of any holes or drop offs from the driveway and street.
We want guests to enjoy this property to the fullest. However, we also expect guests to be respectful of it and to treat it as if it's their own. Please read the house rules carefully and ensure they are understood and agreed to by the whole group.
Any damages or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest outside of normal wear and tear. Please note for lost keys and controls for the parking gate, there will be a charge of $10 per key lost and $300 for remote lost. Please ensure you take care of these items as they are costly to replace. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to inquire.

- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
• Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
• Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
• Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
• In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
