Dear guest, As you can see this unit is one of the best units in the house with parking guaranteed, full generator, water tanker and is by far the most resilient house in the area. This house was built in 1902 a d is a Colonial house protected by the Cultural Institute of Puerto Rico by that means that the colonial tiles in the bathroom and in the floors cannot be touched. In case you see a “dirty towel” we put 2 towels per guest in all of the units so if you don't feel comfortable with a towel you are free to grab another one from the extra towels closet. This house is in the heart of San Juan and traffic noise is common, if you read the instruction I particularly mention this in the additional Information tab. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay.
