Island Sands 311, this 3rd-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features offers a window A/C in the living area and panoramic ocean views! This property has elevators for easy access. Unit 311 can accommodate up to 6 guests. Inside the master bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed with breathtaking ocean views, direct lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also features an ensuite with a walk-in shower and a queen-size bed. The living room comes equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests and a flat-screen TV with cable. You'll enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for making meals where you can enjoy ocean views while you prepare your meals. The dining table also expands to offer extra seating space for larger groups!

Island Sands Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers a pool, BBQ area, and koi pond. This resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Beautiful views!

Our condo was overlooking the ocean, and what a gorgeous sight. The condo was spacious and comfortable. With a few improvements, such as better beds and small appliances, it would have been 5 stars all around.

Wonderful stay at island sands 311. We all enjoyed watching the sea turtles from the balcony and the beauty and sound of the ocean. Lovely town, we tried to hit all of the shops/cafes and take part in the excursions. Loved all of it!

Lovely oceanside property and easy access to groceries and restaurants!!

Our first trip to the Island!! We celebrated our daughter's 13th birthday with grandparents!! We were greeted with a humpback whale breaching and prancing in the waters right from the patio! So many turtles basking in the evening sun on the shores!! Easy access to Kaanapali and other Prestine beaches. Overall a great property and the property management helped us to plan activities!!

Lovely condo with an excellent balcony view. Was pleased to see the beach chairs. The fridge was clean amd worked well The ice tasted a bit funky, may need a filter change. Beds and pillows were very comfy Separate bedrooms and bathrooms are a must . TV worked well and a good size. I was surprised at the Separate $390 VRBO FEE on my CC , heads up!

We were told they were spraying for insects 2 days before we arrived. The vague direction indicated we needed to be out by 9am to accomidate this. There were no other details. So we were umable to use the room for the better part of the day. Management reached out after i sent them an email. But i received no calls or reply to my email.
