The living room and master bedroom open directly to the back deck, allowing you to enjoy grilling and relaxation in a peaceful natural setting.

Conveniently, the home is located less than 10 minutes away from Clay’s Park Resort, which features a swimming lake and a variety of fun activities for kids that we highly recommend exploring. Additionally, Clay’s Park hosts concerts throughout the year, so be sure to check their schedule before your arrival for a chance to enjoy live music during your stay.

Access to the main floor is via approximately 15 steps from the garage. All bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are conveniently situated on this main floor for easy access and comfort.

To ensure a restful night’s sleep, we provide comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms, making this home perfect for families or business travelers alike.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire house, yard, and garage.

We understand that pets are part of the family, so we happily welcome up to two pets with prior approval. There’s an additional charge per stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional charge.
Undisclosed pets will result in a charge and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any extra cleaning or damages.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property

🐾 A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. (No CATS allowed)
Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
