Upstairs, you’ll find a tranquil master suite with a luxurious king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a personal TV for quiet evenings. Two additional bedrooms complete this level—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds—each offering their own TVs for a personalized retreat. A full hall bathroom with a tub adds extra convenience for your group.

The lower level is all about fun and comfort. A cozy bedroom with a queen bed and private TV invites relaxation, while the game room promises hours of entertainment with air hockey, Pac-Man, NBA Jam, and board games—perfect for bonding with family and friends.

Step outside onto the patio from the living room, where a soothing hot tub awaits under the open sky. Fire up the natural gas grill for an alfresco feast in the privacy of the fenced area. With a 2-car garage, everything is designed to make your stay seamless and stress-free.

• Extra Guest Policy: Our home accommodates up to 8 guests as part of the base rate. For groups exceeding 8, there is an additional fee of $35 per person, per day. This fee helps cover added liability, wear and tear, and cleaning. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
• Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to protect the comfort and security of our guests, maintain the property, and respect the peace of our surrounding community.
• No Pets: To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment, pets are not permitted.
• No Weapons: For the safety of all guests, weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Noise Policy: All outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
