Nice home with a lot of activities for children.

Love how this place was decorated and how we felt at home! Many games, hot tub and large yard kept my 8 year old busy and off technology! We would definitely stay here again!

Outdoor games and hot tub, arcade, playground and tennis courts only a few steps away… this property has it all! We decided to move last night of our Colorado vacation back to Denver and closer to the airport, and all the creature comforts this house offered definitely helped our younger travelers unwind after their time in the mountains. Eric made sure our check in was smooth and the property was clean as a whistle. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Denver with younger travelers.

Just as described…we had friends stay here the year before and couldn’t wait to come back!!! Perfect for a large group. Everything is updated and lots of games to play on the property! Park next door and tennis courts were available as well everyday. Will definitely come back.

This house was perfect for a trip of 6 friends. Bedrooms are comfy, shared living spaces are huge and light, and the backyard is amazing. Eric stacked it with lots of games which was a fun touch. We’ll definitely try to come back!

Nice get away!

We enjoyed the big beautiful house. The kiddos loved all the different games and spacious space. Very nice private yard. The weather was cold so the fire place outside was extremely necessary. We loved the get away. Also the owner was very nice and helped us in a timely manner when we had questions. Highly recommend the stay, the place is beautiful.

Great Home for a Family Holiday Get Together

This is an outstanding property that perfectly met the needs of our family's Thanksgiving get together. Amenities kept the kids (ages 7, 8 and 10) happy. Kitchen was more than adequate for preparing the holiday meal. Location in the Denver area is ideal. Beds and furniture kept us all very comfortable. Next time we have a family gathering in the Denver area, we will be looking to rent this property. Many thanks to Eric for his fine communication before and during our stay.

Great place

Eric’s house worked perfectly for our family. It was very comfortable. The only downside is there is no ac in the basement and we stayed during a heat wave. So it got a little uncomfortable. We would highly recommend it.

Clean and cute in Wheat Ridge

Perfect property for our group; 3 adults and 5 kids to include teens and elementary age kids. You cannot beat the convenience of having a park with playground equipment adjacent to the house. Everything we needed as far as groceries was minutes away. The house is simply and adorably decorated with tons of options to keep the kids entertained. Very comfortable and clean.

Just as Advertised

Great experience here. Fire pit, grill, hot tub all worked great. The bunk beds are a little small so just set expectations. But overall the house was great and we didn't have any issues. Plenty of activities provided and pickleball park right next door. Bring your own body wash.
