Beach view was fantastic, and being in a corner unit meant the space was filled with natural sunlight. The only issue in the kitchen was that the pans should be replaced, as the Teflon surfaces were scratched. It was very convenient to use Instacart for groceries and meet the delivery person right in front of the lobby. Communication with the management company was excellent—they were very responsive throughout our stay. The one disappointment was regarding luggage storage. Before our trip, we were told our luggage could be held until our flight. However, upon arrival, the resort informed us that luggage storage requires a 50 per person resort fee.On a positive note, the beach staff were great and very accommodating.

Hello Melissa, Thank you for your review and for choosing our corner unit! We are delighted you enjoyed the natural sunlight and the wrap-around views, as well as the convenience of the lobby grocery delivery. We truly appreciate your kind words regarding our communication and responsiveness. Regarding the kitchenware, we have taken note of your feedback about the pans; we continuously audit our units and will ensure these are replaced immediately to maintain our premium standards. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the luggage storage. While we always aim to coordinate with the resort to provide the best options for our guests, the resort administration recently updated their policies regarding storage fees and day passes. We will make sure to clarify these third-party costs in our future communications so there are no surprises for our guests after check-out. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to have you back again soon.

Loved the space- great for 6 adults. Offering more than one card and 2 chairs for the beach would be more accommodating when promoting a 6 person room. Staff are not friendly.

Absolutely incredible experience! We didn’t need to leave the resort the entire time it had everything we could’ve asked for. The pool was beautiful, and the staff and bartenders were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were excellent, and we even got to enjoy a live DJ on Friday night, which made the atmosphere even more fun!The condo itself was stunning immaculately clean, stylish, and comfortable. Our host was an absolute gem! She responded immediately to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and stress-free stay.10/10 recommend!! Location was great, chec- in was amazing and they were so nice. Pool area nice, but congested and people save seats even though they say you aren’t allowed to do so. Elevator wasn’t a problem for us. View was good, condo looked as expected but was a little run down. We had a nice vacation,

Quick stay with friends to see the Orange Bowl

4 Penn State came for 2 days to go to the Orange Bowl. The location was great because we wanted to stay on the beach. Checkin process was not smooth, they were running late, and we had trouble with the wrist bands. The condo had a few minor issues but the Vrbo property management was very responsive. We would stay here again!

We sincerely apologize for the delay during check-in and the inconvenience with the wristbands. Your patience was truly appreciated, and we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and address the minor issues during your stay. It means a lot to us that you’d choose to stay with us again. The room itself was clean, but the furniture was not comfortable. Also, the kitchen did not include any kitchen towels to dry the dishes, nor did it include any hot pads. When I asked about it, I was first told that this was not included but could be provided at an additional cost. After complaining that how could we cook and clean without them they sent us some hot pads and some additional paper towels.

Hello Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the room itself beautiful and clean. We sincerely apologize for the initial frustration regarding the kitchen amenities. While our standard resort policy typically provides a starter set of paper products and dish soap, we completely understand how essential kitchen towels and hot pads are for a functional cooking experience. We are glad we were able to deliver these items to your unit as a courtesy shortly after your request to ensure your comfort. Regarding the furniture, we appreciate your candid feedback. We strive to balance style and comfort in our decor, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration for future updates to the unit. It was a pleasure hosting you and your group before your cruise, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a seamless first-class experience in the future.

A perfect getaway!

We visited from East Tennessee to attend an NFL game and had a great stay with Zen Vacation Rentals! The resort was top-notch with every amenity you could imagine! We really enjoyed the pool, the beach access, the valet service, and I was even able to enjoy a massage at the resort’s spa! Check-in and check-out were perfect! The beach bar was also very nice. The room was spotless and had everything we needed! The host is very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better time in Hollywood!

Oceanfront Stay

The photos of the property are accurate. This is a beautiful unit with an outstanding ocean and beachfront view. We enjoyed utilizing the beach lounge chairs and umbrella provided by the resort. We were able to take an Uber to the following: Loan Depot Stadium in Miami (30/40 minutes), Gulfstream Park (10 min), and Hollywood Boardwalk (5 min). We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Great Location

Great Great location, beach front. The pool and staff were awesome. Our room 4 out of 5 mostly because the patio furniture was crap and not useable. The biggest problem with the facility was the elevator. Many people have responded to the lack of elevators and the time wasting waiting on the elevators. Most likely we won’t stay at this place again.

A few things to nitpick but would stay again if going to that area.

Very spacious and room for 4 to 6 comfortably. Great location on low floor...needed due to slow and scareceness of elevators. Noisy room, lots of banging. Outside was like a speedway for yahoos to rev their motorcycles and fast cars...all through the night. Most staff is great but slow service is prevalent. Would stay again if i wanted to be in Hallandale.
