The property was beautiful. Great beach that had a manageable number of people even during spring break! Very safe. Publix & Walmart in walking distance. A very short uber to Broadwalk or a 2 mile nice walk.

Pros: Very clean, great view and communication with the owner and kindness was outstanding Cons: the couch and the balcony chairs need to be more comfortable in our opinion. I would stay again when back in this area.

We did have a previous family stay with two people originally registered, but it ended up being six people, four of which were kids, and we had to replace the entire king size bed because the kids apparently jumped up and down on it until it collapsed. So you probably noticed a brand new king size bed there, the couch will be next. Some things are out of our hands, but we do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Great location and view!

The condo was in a great location, very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. The view from the patio was great. Ganit was a wonderful host, great communication and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The beach charis/ umbrella, wagon and toys was a great perk so we didn't have to woorry about renting or buying stuff while we were there.

Good value and space

Had initially book a normal hotel room but wanted more space. This worked fine for us, the owner Ganit answered rapid every time I asked something. Close to/at the beach and the pool area was nice.

Perfect beach vacation

We were travelling end of december with our family of 4. The unit is well located, directly on the beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable. They provide beach equipment so you don't have to bring or purchase anything. The condo is on the 3rd floor so it's easy to avoid crowd at the elevator, it was quiet and perfect for a family getaway. The owner was very helpful and available. We would not hesitate to go back!

The condo was great! Right on the pool and beach and owner had all beach supplies we needed. Was big enough for our family of 5 including 3 teenage girls. Groceries are within a half mile so we walked and picked some stuff up for our short stay. Ganit was easy to get in touch with at all times. Only flaw is the check in line can get long and takes time. Get your laundry card when you check in or you will have to wait again.

This condo was a gem

The condo was perfect . Very clean and comfortable and very spacious as well . It is very well kept with all up to date furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Location was ideal. Walking distance to many grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The view from the condo over looking the pool and the ocean. The condo had all beach equipment and towels as well . Great getaway

This condo was great for getting away. We came with a 13 and 11 year old and all was there for them to just hang out and do what teens and tweens do or take gear to the beach. I did not have a car but you can easily order groceries and one day I walked to Publix to shop myself and took Uber back. I also liked the unit was on 3rd floor so there was an option to take stairs vs wait for elevator. Balcony view of ocean just as good but other convenient options. Owners are responsive. We didn’t need much but if a question they responded! Go!
