Truly enjoyed this condo with our stay! It’s a great view for the sunset and the beach was only a small walking distance away which made it great for the beach days. Communication with the host was great and fast. The pool and hot tub was perfect for the kids and very clean! Will definitely book again!

Pool was heated and very well cared for, 5 weber grills with tables in case you want to grill out. Hot tub was very relaxing. It was great to have the option of hanging out on the gulf or the harbor side of the property. Condo was very clean and very well appointed making the stay quite relaxing. There is a Publix a couple miles from the property so that was another plus. We certainly will plan to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Comfortable bed, day bed and pullout couch. Easy access to two beaches, one with surf and one with snorkeling. 3 pools were great and one was still heated since weather was cooler. Nice, gated community. Host was very communicative and easy to deal with both before and during our stay. Definitely recommend.

We couldn't fault our stay in this beautiful property. Every aspect about the rental of this condo was superb. The communications from the owner, the instructions for check in and check out, and of course a well presented condo, beautifully decorated with amenities available, such as three great swimming pools, hot tubs, BBQs, and of course two incredible beaches. Everything we needed for our stay was provuded. Seeing the sun set every night from the condo was a particularly great bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Best family vacation

We will definitely be back- as we found our new favorite place to visit. Destin Pointe was an absolutely beautiful property and offered amazing amenities. We didn’t even really need to leave the property, in fact one day we stayed on the property all day and just left for dinner. definitely a little piece of paradise.

I wish I could leave a better review for this property. My family has stayed at Magnolia house for the past 25 years to spend our annual family reunion together and I am very familiar with the area and what to expect. While the condo was clean, comfortable and beautiful, the host cancelled the last night of my reservation only a week before our stay. Apparently the condo was double booked for that night. We booked the room nearly 6 months in advance and the host didn’t catch the error until shortly before our trip. This is so unprofessional and truly just unacceptable. While we did receive our money back (after initially receiving the wrong amount), the host did not do anything to “make it right” outside of the bare minimum. Sadly, we lost money and time on other travel expenses (flights, pet sitters, etc) due to the late cancellation. We also were unable to secure another room for the cancelled night because it was the week of Memorial Day, thus missing out of precious time with my family who flew in from all over the world. Such a disappointment. We will not be staying again.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this situation caused. Unfortunately, a rare calendar synchronization issue between booking platforms resulted in an overbooking for a single night. While we work diligently to monitor and prevent these situations, this conflict was not identified as quickly as we would have liked. When a verified double booking occurs, the reservation that was confirmed first must be honored, and we regret that your reservation was the one affected. Once the issue was identified, we promptly notified you of the conflict, refunded the affected night, and corrected the refund amount when we discovered a processing error. While we understand that this could not replace the lost time with family or address other travel-related expenses, we did make every effort to address the situation as quickly and fairly as possible. We appreciate your comments regarding the condo itself being clean, comfortable, and beautiful. As a Premier Host, we take great pride in providing exceptional guest experiences, and situations like this are extremely rare and not reflective of our normal standards. We genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused and wish you and your family all the best.

In a word: Excellent! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia House 308! The condo was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was well appointed. There were two smart tv's, one in the bedroom, and one in the living room and both had all the apps you could ever want. The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the pool area and the view of the Gulf and Inlet was spectacular! The bedroom had a comfy king bed and the bathroom was super clean with a nice big shower with two showerheads. My wife and I had seven full days of vacation at Destin Pointe and this, by far, was our best vacation in a long time! I highly recommend this condo and Destin Pointe as a whole. You'll not be disappointed!

Beautiful location

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Magnolia House unit 308. It’s within walking distance to the beach and there is also a tram that will take you there as well. The view from the patio is amazing with plenty to see. We also enjoyed the gated community, which offered a total of two pools. The condo Itself was updated and immaculate on the inside. The owner thought of everything little detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully reserve the same unit. I personally would rate this condo a 10 based on our overall experience and the location.

Private Gated Destin Pointe Community, Guests will check in at the Guard House, and have access to all exclusive Destin Point Amenities including the 3,000 Foot of Private Community beach front, with 2 pools, hot tub, Lake Christine, a rare fresh water lake located in the dunes of the gulf coast and a duck pond, a boardwalk, the Magnolia House amenities, and free parking. and Free shuttle tram to anywhere in the community. Multiple picnic areas, grilling areas, tennis, basketball, shuttle board.

Beach Chairs are provided in the Lani area closet along with a beach buggy & cooler. Beach front chairs are available to rent from a 3rd party vendor if you don't want to bring your own. Beach towels are provided, but you will need to wash them prior to departure as this is not part of housekeeping's services. White towels are not for outdoor use. This is our Private vacation home, not a typical vacation rental
