Great Summer Fun!

The home was everything as seen on the site...and more.Stunning views. Beautiful pool. Perfect location--far away from congestion but close enough to drive everywhere. A hidden gem.Our house Manager, Kent, was a wealth of knowledge, very responsive to our needs and made excellent recommendations.

We loved this place

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The location was just what we needed - somewhat remote, very quiet, with some places to eat nearby. The house was well-appointed, and the view was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a great trip and the house had everything we needed. So sad the week is over. We had a party of 10 with ages ranging from 16-53. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Amazing Cayman Vacation

We had a group of 8, ranging ages. The house was perfect with plenty of rooms, restrooms, spacious kitchen, and sitting areas. The outside property is just gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are amazing and we enjoyed it every day. The view was beyond compare as we relaxed in the water or on the patio.

very clean and plenty of amenities, lots of space and this was the highlight of the trip!

This was our home for 8 days. Me and my wife loved it for the space and views. The kids all enjoyed their own rooms and privacy. Grandparents we able to keep is simple and easy with us not needing to leave the property to have fun. It was a little vacation all by itself!

Amazing stay!!!!!

The property was well maintained and decorated beautiful and tasteful. My wife literally did not want to leave, and would love to live at this location. The views were tranquil and picturesque! We had 8 in our group, we never felt cramped and everybody had their space.Well equipped kitchen, towels and furniture. We give this place 10 stars.

We had an excellent time in this dream house. It is very well appointed. Every room was spacious with King Size beds in each and with their own private bathroom, shower, and tub. We arrived just a couple days after a hurricane passed the Caymans and there were a few minor issues, but the property managers were quick to make any fixes. We made amazing memories and Bella Vista and we will definitely be returning!!!

Grand Cayman

Terrific trip for our family of nine. Excellent location to access Seven Mile Beach and North End (Starfish/Rum Point). Bella Vista is a phenomenal property. Iā€™ve built two homes for myself and wouldnā€™t design this property any differently. The Caribbean can be seen from practically every location in the home. When on the deck (125 feet by 50 feet) there is alway shade, breeze/no breeze, or sun depending upon your preference. Iā€™ve never slept in a bed on vacation that I missed after returning home- but I miss Bella Vistaā€™s! Iā€™ve stayed in many nice properties, but this one is by far the best. The view and ambiance is unmatched- the pictures, which are fantastic, do not do it justice. Amenities are great. Canā€™t recommend this property enough.

Cayman Getaway with Friends

This property was amazing. The views were incredible and the house was beautiful. Cayman Villas was great with communication, except did not advise us that there was a grill in the garage, however, there was no propane for using it. Host Kent was very responsive and very accommodating with all of our requests and provided the service call needed for the whirlpool quickly. The house was very clean and comfortable and all 9 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is truly amazing. The breathtaking views elevate the entire experience and make it feel incredibly special. Itā€™s perfectly locatedā€”close enough to enjoy activities, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet, away from city noise.A few things would have been helpful to know in advance. The waterfall feature was not operational, and the upstairs primary bathtub does not hold water. We also needed assistance setting up the surround sound system. There is no designated BBQ area; however, there is a grill located in the garage. The pool is not heated and was quite cold, and while the hot tub does work, it only heats between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. and does not warm above 80 degrees afterward. Additionally, there were not enough pool towels for the number of guests the home can accommodate. The upstairs dryer functions but requires approximately four cycles to fully dry clothes.All of these were minor details compared to how incredible the home truly is. We would absolutely stay here againā€”this was a truly unforgettable house and experience.

The only negatives were a few minor maintenance items and damage to the backyard done a few weeks prior by a hurricane. We had plenty of room and an amazing view. Local food shacks and restaurants were surprisingly the highlight. We were close enough to drive into town for a few activities but equally as close to the North end for other popular activities.

This house was absolutely amazing! Gorgeously built on the water's edge. Perfect view, pool, set up. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the kitchen was not well-appointed with pots, pans, etc as advertised. There also was no grill, which we had planned for. For the amount of money it cost, we wished for it to be a great place to be able to cook dinners and enjoy the view and amenities a little more.

Wonderful!

We stayed with my parents and our two teen daughters. We all agreed that the pictures online didnā€™t do this house justice. The house was huge, beautiful, and immaculate. The views were just breathtaking and and pool was amazing. Highly recommend. Blue Rock restaurant was just a couple of minutes away by the health center if anyone needs a close, really good restaurant. It only took us 30 to and from the airport too, which was a pleasant surprise. Rum Point was only 10-15 min drive to Rum Point Club restaurant was our favorite. Thanks for the great house! We loved it all!

The home itself was clean and spacious and allowed our extended group of 11 plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were large and perfect for the kids and adults. Lots of outdoor seating and a fire pit for relaxing at night. It is located on the East End so be prepared to drive, but there are several great restaurants nearby and we didnā€™t find the drive to be an issue.If you have a large group, this is a prefect home for your vacation!
