Welcome to You-so Breezy, a newly renovated 4-bedroom oceanfront villa, nestled near Gun Bay on the island's East End. This newly renovated villa is located next door to two new villas currently under construction, so some daytime activity may be present in the area until completion.

New homeowners have taken the home's best features and upgraded them for maximum comfort. Surrounded by mature palms and hedges, You-So Breezy offers peaceful relaxation on a white sandy beachfront perfect for lounging, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, and outdoor activities. All living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the lower level, while all bedrooms are on the upper level.

The white sandy beachfront is reef-protected, making for world-class snorkeling, scuba diving, and kayaking. The island's premier SCUBA operators, Ocean Frontiers, are a short drive away for those seeking deep dive thrills. Snorkel enthusiasts will love exploring a vibrant underwater world just steps from the beachfront backyard! Although the water is usually clear, water shoes are highly recommended for foot protection.

The villa's interiors feature an oceanfront open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with massive beachfront folding doors flooding the villa with natural light and panoramic ocean views. This allows you to open up the villa to the home's pool deck to enjoy the trade-wind breezes. The bottom level allows guests to become one with the ocean while providing all the comforts of home.

Sofa seating with accent chairs plus a large SmartTV with cable programming and a soundbar will keep you entertained after a day of fun under the sun. Equipped with high-speed fiber WiFi internet, guests can stream their favorite movies, shows, and music with ease.

The villa's four bedrooms are located on the upper level. All three of the king suites include a safe for storing valuables.

The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prep a home-cooked meal, including high-end modern appliances, cookware, flatware, and glassware. A drip coffee maker is provided to jumpstart your mornings. A freestanding ice maker and blender are also provided for morning smoothies or frozen evening cocktails.

The formal dining table sits off the kitchen, with seating for 10 guests. View spectacular Caribbean sunsets from the beach or on the ocean patio, while enjoying the gas grill. You will also experience breathtaking sunrises that are not to be missed.

*** Getting Around ***
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased over summer months. Our owners remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.

Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will contact the owner for alternative solutions, including a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
