Great apartment, bedroom and living room, 650m from Praia do Porto da Barra, one of the most beautiful tourist beaches in Salvador! The building has a rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city and sea!

Located on the 3rd floor, my space has 1 bedroom with Split type air conditioning, closets and blackout curtains. In addition, it has a cozy living room with air conditioning and a full kitchen.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Located in the Barra Summer Flat Building, in the Barra neighborhood, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Salvador, close to the Carnival circuit and the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra. Also close to Farol da Barra, where the sunset is a spectacle on its own, with even a round of applause!

The neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best to enjoy the best that Salvador has to offer. In it, in addition to the beach and the proximity of places of tourist interest, it also has markets, pharmacies, shopping, hospital and the best, without the need to use vehicles.
