Everything was wonderful. The kids and my husband loved the games in the front room. The house was spacious and handled our large family well. We will stay here again for sure.

Gorgeous backdrop to house. Very convenient for a hiking launch point. Quick access to local trials and you skip all of Phoenix if going north. Spacious, kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again or book for family.

Fun house!

This house was perfect for our family getaway in Arizona! Plenty of space and the games were fun! Our only complaint was that the pool wasn't heated enough when we got there. We still enjoyed hanging out by the pool.

Wonderful experience

The home is spacious, kid and adult friendly, and Josh the property manager ensured we had all we needed to feel comfortable and taken care of. Pool was so refreshing and my (almost 2 yrs) daughter loved swimming. We grilled one evening and enjoyed the alfresco dinning experience. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing Home!!!

Amazing Home and Wonderful experience! The property was just as the listing describes and the house was full of so many amenities. The kids loved the game room with all the different arcade games, the backyard was even better with the outdoor games (Corn hole, putting green, etc), and the pool with the waterfall feature was just what we needed before summer ends. We will be coming back!

Great Property

We stayed at Desert Ridge for 9 days and really enjoyed it. The property is as nice as the pictures and extremely clean. We particularly liked the game room and the backyard. When we arrived at the property I had not received the door code yet. Turns out that I had missed several emails that went to my junk folder. Linda (caretaker) and Josh (management company) were kind and patient and helped me get it squared away in a few minutes. Thanks to both of them.

Family with small kids

Property was exactly as listed. Beautiful home. Great outdoor space. Neighborhood was nice and there was a playground a couple blocks away. Only downside about the property itself was that there was no shallow end in the pool (stairs go directly to a deep end). You could tell it was run by a property manager rather than a homeowner. We got different answers each time we contacted them ahead of our stay and when we contacted them with questions during our stay the people answering phones didn't know the property at all so struggled to help. Everything was an extra charge

Our family had a wonderful spring break week getaway! The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to almost everything we wanted to do. The house itself is beautiful, with stylish decor and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.The kids especially loved the extras like the arcade games, putting green, and pool, which kept them entertained for hours. We did run into a few issues with the pool area at first. The pool had not been vacuumed and needed cleaning upon our arrival. After a quick call, a pool technician came out, cleaned the pool, and showed us how to activate the great waterfall feature so we could enjoy it whenever we wanted. While the vacuum unfortunately did not continue working the rest of the week, the pool itself was in good shape after the service.We also had an issue with the pool furniture, but Matt, the repair technician, responded promptly and came out to assess everything. He went above and beyond by returning later that same day with new lounge chairs and umbrellas so we could enjoy some much-needed shade. With temperatures ranging from 95 to 107 all week, that made a huge difference.We can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful Matt was, his quick resolution really stood out. On top of that, the owner made a personal visit and brought Crumbl cookies to make sure everything was going well, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. We would stay again in the future.
