The property was beautiful! Well decorated and in a great area! So close to old town! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need! Only problem our group had is that they don’t have Tv’s in every bedroom but not everyone needs that. The pool area was great as well! I would definitely book this property again!

My friends and I had a spectacular stay at this property! The house was spotless and cozy, with a very private pool area where we spent most of our time. We were slightly bummed that the lights around the fence didn’t work, but otherwise the ambiance in the evening was lovely with the gas fire table and lights around the awning. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the house was stocked with all the amenities we could’ve asked for. The owner was responsive and super helpful at check in and check out. We didn’t venture out much but the location was close to the airport and so many restaurants/attractions if that’s what you’re looking for! And we had more than enough options for ordering food in. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was well showcased with beautiful finishings. Outdoor space was enjoyable. Was a little cool for the pool but warmer temps would make for a great outdoor space. We used the patio heater and outdoor fire table to relax in the evening. Bedrooms and living area were spacious and kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes. Definitely a place I would stay at again as it was also very close to everything.

Very well appointed house in middle class neighborhood

We spent three weeks or so here. The master bedroom is wonderful (giant closet and other storage) fireplace, sitting area, king bed, large TV, double sink bath. Very nice. The other three bedrooms are small and they share a full bath. Another full bath downstairs. Two large living areas, one with a large TV. Many amenities and thoughtful supplies are available throughout. Very modern furniture and decor. Great kitchen. Pool out back is nice but we didn't use it. Backyard is southern facing so a lot of sun and a little shade in the afternoon. The neighborhood is not what many might think of as Scottsdale (it's not a high end area) but appears to be safe. The house is across the street from a junior high with an active sports field. A nice urban park is a few blocks away. Shopping also a few blocks away. We had an issue with a yippy dog next door that barked a lot but it was beyond the control of the owners and they were very kind and responsive in seeking to help resolve it.

We love this property! The layout is fantastic for families or groups. The two living room areas allows for people to spread out and really enjoy the space.
