Guest access:
You’ll have access to the entire home during your stay.

SMOKING:
No smoking allowed inside home or close to entryways, violating this rule will result in immediate removal with no refund and a $500 cleaning fee.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Small pre-approved events are allowed with an event fee. Quiet hours are strictly enforced as this is a quiet, nice neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance.

Pets: 2 pets max. Prior authorization, agreement and fee is required. Pet fee is $150. Large breeds (> 50 lbs) may require an additional deposit. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet(s) both inside and outside the home. You will also be held responsible for any damage they cause to the property. Pets are not to be left at home unattended unless crated and are not allowed on beds or any other furniture.
