You'll be most comfortable and at home and enjoy all that beautiful Cape Ann has to offer, within 15 minutes of Salem) come relax on the large farmers porch which awaits you. Home of the fried clam!

Wonderful stay in Cape Ann area

Beautiful home on a quiet street centrally located on Cape Ann. Short drives to Ipswich, Rockport, Gloucester areas. Home was spotless with everything you need to make yourself at home.

Beautiful Essex

Lovely location in beautiful Essex. Lots of room to spread out on 1st floor of home including 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a sitting room. Well equipped for both short and longer stays. Great hosts.

Great location in Essex

We stayed here for a weekend family event and were very pleased with our choice. The apartment is meticulous, quiet and well appointed. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the yard, but morning coffee on the porch was lovely. the owner was easily reached and helpful. We'd happily stay again.

The property was beautiful. The owners definitely want their guests to be comfortable. I loved the wood floors. Plus leaving a welcome basket was appreciated. Plenty of room for our girl's trip.

Quaint Country Charm!

This house is a beautiful country home, immaculate inside with a pristine landscaped property which is close to downtown Essex with antique shops and seafood restaurants. The inside of the home is furnished with classic antique furniture. The kitchen is bright and modern. There is one newly finished bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks, and stacking washer/dryer. Quality linens and plush towels were provided. We were a party of 6, 3 couples that stayed for one night. There is so much to do in the area that I wish we could have stayed another day. I highly recommend staying at this home!

Thank you for your feedback and review. I am sorry your stay did not live up to the 5 Star review we strive to give every guest every stay. It sounds like you overbooked an entire place with 3 bedrooms and for whatever reason on your end only 2 people used it. It sounds like you were looking for a simple hotel room and that is not this unit. As far as the property and it’s proximity to the town cemetery is concerned this is an odd outlier that has nothing to do with the accommodation you were afforded. I have never had anyone report that someone in the cemetery bothered them. Best of luck to you and your future use of short term rentals.

Where do I even begin. I’ve stayed at other Airb&b before but this has to be hands down the best experience so far. The owner Steve was super great. He goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is absolutely the best. He has a list of places to check out and just the extra little touches they do in the house. The house was clean and spotless, they have extra things to use in the kitchen or just in case you forgot something. I definitely can’t wait to come back and stay here again! I would definitely recommend staying here!!!!! 6 stars out of 5 Anthony

Because this is a private self-contained unit, you are asked to observe the check-in time and the checkout times considerately.
Please note: the time in between is a small window utilized to clean and sanitize the entire unit for the next guests, unlike a hotel that may have a full cleaning crew, we do not.
In the height of the season and when the unit is booked back-to-back early check-in / late check out requests are unfortunately for this reason not able to be granted.
You can always ask and if a guest did not stay the previous day an early check-in may be taken into consideration. If you need and desire a check-in at noon 12:00 p.m. or earlier, it is advisable that you book the day prior to ensure that you have full access at your desired times. This is most often the case when traveling here to attend an event and you may have the need to use the unit to ‘get ready’.
Traffic for most of 95N/128N, Rt 1N, is most often heavy.
