“The Nest” was a beautiful home that easily accommodated our family. There were plenty of games and puzzles that our children enjoyed, and a wide variety of books! We also had the joy of seeing turkeys and deer in the backyard each morning. We had a lovely stay there, and we highly recommend it!

Our stay at Pigeon stay was wonderful. The house was very well equipped, clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The host was helpful and easy to reach if needed. You can tell the host takes pride in her home and thinks of all the little details to make the stay comfortable.

I cannot recommend this rental enough! The attention to detail by the host was 10/10. The low key location allowed for a relaxing low key stay. We were within 5-15 minutes of all the necessary restaurants and super markets, beaches, and Rockport center. The cuteness of the cottage goes without saying and the owner made sure to provide with all the necessities for single people, couples, or a full family stay. Hopefully, we can return with our grandchild who had a blast with all the games in the sweet hidden playroom!

The kitchen was fully equipped for food preparation and serving meals. The backyard deck has a nice table, plenty of chairs for meeting and eating. The house is near an interesting quarry pond and trail, as well as other places nearby.

Another Amazing Stay!

We booked this particular house for its wonderful accommodations inside and around the property. Four adults & three children enjoy the spacious in/outdoors. Highly recommend for any family, especially ones with kids.

Great house!

We had a wonderful weekend at The Nest! This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood not far from Rockport village. The house is very clean, well appointed and has many personal touches. The back deck and yard are lovely and private. Would definitely stay again!

They thought of everything!

We had a wonderful long weekend here. I've stayed in many VRBO properties, and I can't think of one so thoughtfully furnished for the guests. The owners thought of every last detail to make our stay wonderful.

Graduation trip

This property had all the conveniences we needed for our vacation after my graduation and more. Tona of books for this book lover and games for the whole family to enjoy. Loved the closeness to the train for heading into Salem as well. Hope to return in the future!

The Nest was perfect for our 7 member family. The property is beautiful, clean, very well decorated and provided everything we needed in a really well organized way. The home is 5 minutes from the beach in a nice neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and highly recommend it.

Wonderful home base for family vacation

Excellent property for three generation family vacation! Great beds. Many lovely games and puzzles and books. Special extras for young children - books and toys and special kitchen items. Very responsive hosts. Easy access to Rockport, and the North Shore. Highly recommend!

Fall trip to Salem / Rockport

We had a great time at this property! We cooked in a few nights and found everything we needed in a well stocked kitchen. The whole process from checkin to checkout was very simple, and the owners were quick to respond. Internet was fast, showers had great water pressure, and all in all this was a great find for our trip. We will definitely look this property up again if we are coming back to the Rockport area!

Quiet Getaway

This place is great and had everything we needed and then some! Great location for exploring the east coast. Beautiful views as you drive from town to town. Close to train which will take you all the way into Boston so you don’t need to worry about driving and parking. Very peaceful backyard with grill and fire pit. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lisa had the house stocked with any essentials we would have needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved exploring the area and traveling the 30 minute drive to Salem for the start of fall and the spooky season! 🎃 We would definitely stay here again!

Family retreat

We visited with our adult children and partners and this house was perfect for our needs. Both in terms of overall space including a great deck, as well as offering so many amenities. Everything we wished for was there. We found every gadget, every pan, every game or book that we were looking for. It was amazing and we all had a really good time.
