Because this is the very best location for who wants to explore Reggio Emilia by walking. Further more you have train station at 5 min walking making the location even more attractive because you can explore Parma & Modena without taking the car which is the biggest limit when visiting historical city centers

If you're arriving by train, the Railway Station FS is a mere 450m away. And for those of you traveling by high-speed train, the Mediopadana High-Speed Station is just 4.7km away.
