This property has a separate entrance, is private, and is locked out from the main house for privacy. This property features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. It also has a nice sitting area with a couch and a full island for cooking meals. It has not 1, but 2 cooking rangesâone with an oven and the other on the countertop of the kitchenette. You also have a combination washer and dryer in the kitchen. Two TVs have all the latest streaming services installed, just bring your account and log in. The bedroom is oversized and has a HUGE walk-in closet. Both beds are queen-sized and have very comfortable foam mattresses. We stock a Keurig coffee machine for the guests. The bathroom has startup hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. An iron and an ironing board are also available. This property is great for mid-term stays! All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals.
There is no on-street parking as it is a violation of HOA rules. If you need more parking, we can arrange for an extra spot at the clubhouse. We have only one space for a vehicle. If you need additional space, you can request short-term parking ahead of your stay at our clubhouse down the street.
Early Check-in: Guests can request early check-in starting at 1 PM ET, which is three hours before our standard 4 PM check-in. Typically, our housekeeping team works until 4 PM to prepare the space; however, for an additional fee, we can have the space ready by 1 PM ET.
If you need to check in even earlier than 1 PM ET, we recommend booking the night before your arrival to ensure immediate access in the morning.
You can pay the early check-in fee either through your booking platform or via a direct payment link. Once we receive your payment, we will schedule your early check-in and update your access codes. Early check-in is subject to housekeeping availability, so be sure to inquire at least two business days before your check-in date.
The host may conduct a random identity verification to protect both the host and guest from identity theft and illegal activities. If selected, youâll receive a link to our portal. There is no cost to you, and the process takes less than five minutes, so please complete it as soon as possible before your arrival.
For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking.
For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.
M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesnât eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south, know that certain bugs are common in Georgia, like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation.
