Apartment in the first house in town (15th century)
The apartment is in the center of the town which was home to Michelangelo and that hosts the arts scene of the entire Versilia. The district is also famous for night life, but busy restaurants are all in the nearby streets.
The design couples modernity and antiquity: wood on the doors treated with the carving technique used for marble; tiles in the bathroom made of marble and naturally-pressed sand from the seabed. Art pieces on the walls.
The space
Living room with a kitchen, mezzanine floor over the living room (with a sofa), a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and an extra bedroom with a folding sofa 1.2 x 1.95 m.
2 bathrooms: one with the shower cabin, another with a whirlpool bathtub.
A separate laundry room with the washing and drying machines.
A roomy wardrobe at the entrance.
Guest access
Every part is accessible.
Other things to note
After using the shower, please leave the door of the shower cabin open and turn on the fan. This helps to keep the space fresh.
The fireplace is for decoration only and must not be used.
The dryer will overdry your clothes if used at the maximum power - they'll be very hard to iron. I suggest to use the mode that is the 3rd most powerful in the summer and 2nd most powerful in winter.
