Gorgeous sea view of the Mediterranean Sea in l’Escalet on the Saint-Tropez peninsula (Ramatuelle). Big private heated swimming pool (11x4,5M) built in 2023! Aircondition in all bedrooms and living room installed in 2024. Walking distance (three minutes!) to the very popular L’Escalet beach with clear blue paradise water. The Pampelonne beach clubs are seven minutes away by car. Closest beach clubs are Cabane Bambou which serves both breakfast and dinner and the very popular party beach club Indie Beach. Le Club 55, Loulou, Bagatelle and Palmiers are all about ten minutes away by car. Very close to La Reserve and its two-star restaurant Voile (a short walk or five minutes car ride). One of the best grocery shops (SPAR Ramatuelle) on five minutes distance by car. The medieval city of Ramatuelle is ten minutes away by car. Saint-Tropez city center is about 10-15 minutes away by car via Route des Plages. There are free shuttles going every twenty minutes to both Ramatuelle and the Pampelonne beaches. Close to major wineyeards like Minuty (15 minutes by car) and the Golf Club de Saint-Tropez (15 minutes) and the Polo Club de Saint-Tropez (20 minutes).
Six beds in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new continental bed and seaview and aircondition installed 2024. Bedroom 2 has two 90 centimeters wide new continental beds and aircondition installed 2024. Bedroom 3 has two 90 centimeters wide new continental beds and airconditioning installed 2024. All beds are very comfortable, new (2022) beds (this is unusual for rentals in Saint-Tropez, the beds are usually old and of poor quality).
Two bathrooms, one in modern style, newly refurbished, one typical Provencal. Hair-dryer.
Combined living room and inside breakfast/dinner area with aircondition.
