Walking distance to the beach (1/2 mile) or 3 minute drive w/free parking, and restaurants.

The Space

This modern beach home features 4 bedrooms (7 beds), 3 full baths, an updated kitchen with bar and large dining area, two large gathering areas including a living room and a family room with games and a large flat screen tv for movie nights, a huge screened in porch with additional dining area and large sitting area with bbq gas grill. Laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided. This is a very special layout and perfect for a family or group vacation.

The Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: king bed with private bath. Bedroom 2: queen bed, Bedroom 3: three twin beds. Bedroom 4: queen bed. Bedrooms 1 has private bath, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath, and bedroom 4 uses the third full bath. All bedrooms have dressers and closets. Family room has pull out queen bed and an air mattress for additional sleeping space. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Note there are stairs to access the bedrooms.

Pool & Spa/Hot Tub

The heated pool is very private and available anytime. The Spa/Hot Tub is also available for your use and is heated to 102 degrees F.

The Area

Located just 60 minutes from Orlando Airport, recreation is literally everywhere around you! The beach is a short 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Surfing, boating, kayaking, paddleboard launch etc all within 3 minute drive. Tennis courts 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenient grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. Or take in one of the many rocket launches right from the yard, or head to the nearby Kennedy Space Center for an exciting tour. Such a great spot!

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house and property except for the garage. Driveway can fit 4 vehicles.

In addition to Ring doorbell there are 2 exterior cameras covering the driveway and backyard for your safety.
