The Space:

The beach is calling! Pack your bags for sun, surf, and total relaxation.



This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island. Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort it has activities a plenty with 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball, a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. The resort also offers Coconutz Sports Bar with a full dinner menu, Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, Jamaica Joez Beach Bar with a full lunch menu, and Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut.



Nearby are golf courses, water sports rentals, shopping, miniature golf, art galleries, theater, great restaurants and so much more.



This condo is located on the second floor with elevator access nearby. There is a fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. With a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper, this is the perfect size for a couple or small family (max occupancy of 4). Enjoy ocean views right from your furnished balcony. Free Wi-fi is included and coin laundry is in the building. Parking is unassigned and there is an additional $35 parking fee for more than 1 vehicle. First vehicle is included in your reservation. 2 beach chairs are available for your use and linens are supplied except for beach/pool towels.

Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Conveniently located on Hilton Head Island. Not a far drive to any store you need. The property itself is adjacent to the beach and a short walk will get you there. The pool is nice and clean, but not heated (at least while we were there, the week after Labor Day). Condo was clean and well furnished. Parking next to the building was never a problem. We had the best time on this vacation, and intend to come back. I would definitely look into staying here again.

Everything you need

This property had everything that was listed in the description, it was nice and clean and comfortable. We stayed with two small children and the short walk to the beach was nice. Communication with the owner was clear and concise. We had no issues with our stay!

Not pleased

So I was misinformed leading up to my stay. I was told I would receive my door code the day prior to checking in- that didn’t happen. I spent the morning of my day of check in on the phone trying to get said code before leaving my home so I was sure not to have any problems when arriving. I couldn’t reach the host. Finally they reached back out and said they would send it shortly prior or at check in time. This also didn’t happen and I had to reach out for it at 4pm. I check in and see that the room wasn’t really what is shown in photos- walls were cracking and looked like they had water damage..holes in the wall above kitchen backsplash, marks all over all the walls from previous guests (I assume), I saw hairballs on the floors, hair on the shower wall and the drain broken in the shower. The ONLY positive was the unit smelt decent and the view from the balcony was of the pool and ocean in the distance. I also would like to note that I had to reach out to the host again for check out instructions the night prior to checkout as they did not send them to me. I shouldn’t have to do this on my vacation- it is the host’s job to do this. You pay a large sum of money with expectations that where you’re staying is going to be worth said amount and that the host will be better about communicating but that was not the case this go around. The only time they reached out was AFTER I messaged them..and also when I checked out asking me to leave a review. Here’s your review!

Birthday getaway

My husband and I came here for some much meeded rest and relaxation it just so happened to ne my birthday weekend even better. The location is perfect we were able to take a few steps and we were really right at the beach! So many great locations for food in the area, museums are nearby if that's your thing, a very cool lighthouse with an amazing view also minutes away..

Fantastic Beach Stay!!!!

Ocean Villa was a perfect stay for my husband and me. It was indeed a quick walk to the beach, which made getting there super easy. The area felt safe and we had no issues with noise/disturbances. Villa B213

We have stayed 3 consecutive years at HB&T and this was our favorite Villa so far. The unit was clean and looks to be recently renovated. The layout of the bedroom was great and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. A/C worked perfectly and will remember this Villa and hope to spend a full 2 weeks. Also the cable TV had plenty of channels unlike other units. The beach is just over the dune bridge and nice as always.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this beachside condo. Great location as we were able to easily walk to the beach and access the other services this resort had to offer. It was also close to other restaurants and places we wanted to try. The only opportunity we identified was more clear directions upfront on how to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Thankfully the property owner was able to point us in the right direction but it would have been beneficial to know in advance.
