Welcome to your D.C. getaway hosted by Van-Tine Vacation Rentals! This beautifully renovated townhouse offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Thoughtfully decorated and fully updated, it’s designed for relaxing, entertaining, and exploring the city. Step outside to enjoy the quiet backyard, or head out and find shops, restaurants, and historic landmarks just a short walk away. What You’ll Love About the Space

Main Level: Bright and open with a modern kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath.



Upstairs: Three bedrooms—one master suite with a queen bed and private full bath, a second queen bedroom, and a bunk room perfect for kids or groups. A second full bathroom is also on this level.



Lower Level: A fully finished basement that feels like its own suite, complete with a cozy living/entertainment space, wet bar, queen Murphy bed, and a full bathroom.



You’ll find comfy beds with crisp linens, plenty of towels, and toiletries so you can settle in and feel at home. Off-street parking, outdoor seating, grill and a mini basketball hoop add extra perks to your stay.

Our host answered all questions promptly. It was an easy drive into the city. The amount of places to sleep was excellent for 4 adults and 2 children, ages 8 & 11 and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all. Parking was tight to access but expected in the city. It's located on a busy street with typical city noise. We did not use the kitchen much at all but it seemed to be fully equipped.

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed here with our 3 kids and found this place perfect for our family! Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and everything we needed to be comfortable after lots of exploring all day. The metro is just a short walk away and the house is very clean and updated! The owner is super responsive with any questions you may have too! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for families

The Cherry Blossom Comfy Townhouse was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very clean which is extremely important for us. Close enough to walk to the Metro for trips to the Monuments and Museums. Great property and terrific hosts that responded quickly to questions. Amazing Getaway Spot

This townhouse was absolutely stunning! Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a great stay. It has all the supplies that we needed for a 5-night stay so we did not need to purchase anything outside of food. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Fort Totten metro stop which is super convenient and there is a metro bus stop less than a block from the home. I would absolutely stay here again. The homeowner was easy to reach and super nice as well.

Very Nice Place

Very nice place, great kitchen, nice beds, and nice downstairs for the kids. On a fairly busy street, but the house is surprisingly quiet. Easy check-in, check-out. Quite a very long walk to the Metro. But very nice updated home.
