Thank you for your feedback. We want to address a few inaccuracies so future guests have accurate information. Bath towels are always provided for every guest — no exceptions. During your stay, you requested additional towels beyond what was already stocked in the home, which we promptly delivered. We’re sorry the extra towels didn’t meet your expectations, but we want to be clear that towels are never something guests need to bring. Regarding cleanliness — we appreciate all feedback, but we did not receive any cleaning concerns from you during your stay. Given how quickly and directly you communicated about the towels, we’re confident that had there been a genuine cleaning issue, you would have brought it to our attention the same way. On the unit setup: Guests stay on the top 2 floors of the home, which is a fully self-contained home. The ground-floor unit is a legally separate ADU — not a basement, not a shared space — with its own entrance, no shared rooms, and no overlap with the guest experience whatsoever. There is no shared access between the two units. Finally, the home is located in a well-established residential neighborhood in DC, steps from NoMa, Union Market, and Union Station, and just minutes from the National Mall, museums, and the Capitol. The location is fully visible prior to booking and the surrounding community is an active, family-filled neighborhood.
