Come enjoy the nearby white sugar sand and crystal clear emerald gulf coast waters a few miles by car, the spectacular year-round fishing, the Gulf Breeze Zoo (5 minute drive!) and endless other entertainment options this area has to offer.

Modern fully furnished family friendly vacation home well equipped for a great adventure! The house features a converted garage game room complete with ping pong table, ring toss, new UHD TV with streaming services, comfortable seating and family board games for at-home entertainment. We are also stocked with essentials like beach towels and sand toys for your beach days! Enjoy the large covered front porch with seating for morning cups of coffee and evening cocktails, or a great movie on the smart 55” LG HDTV (complete with streaming services and connected Blu-ray Player) from the big leather reclining sectional. We have assembled many amenities to make vacationing with kids easier, from pack-n-plays to kids toys and dvds, to high chairs and plastic kids dinnerware, to sand toys and towels. If there’s something you want to avoid packing, ask us ahead of time because we might have it! Our guests frequently comment on how well stocked the kitchen is, many saying it’s the best stocked they’ve seen on VRBO - far more than pots/pans and dishes. We’re stocked with a full spice cabinet, cooking oils, cutlery, baking dishes, mixing bowls, strainers, dutch oven, cooking utensils and so much more! If there’s something you’re curious about, message us and we’ll make sure it’s there for you! The laundry room boasts new high efficiency front-loader LG washer and dryer for your unlimited use (drying beach towels, for example!).

Entire home including front and back yards are fully yours to enjoy! No keys or host interaction required, as entry is equipped with smart locks and access code entry keypads.

The Woodlawn Beach boat launch is one block away, and includes ample truck&trailer parking. The launch and parking lot are well lit for putting in or out after dark. Bring your boat and enjoy Gulf Coast fishing from the Pensacola Bay, Santa Rosa sound, or venture out to one of the area’s many artificial reefs for some great Gulf of Mexico angling via the Destin Jetty or Pensacola/Ft McRee inlet. Explore incredible nearby attractions by land or boat, including historic civil war Fort Pickens, Blackwater Bay & Blackwater River, Destin and the one-of-a-kind Crab Island experience, Fort Walton and Okaloosa Island, and endless boat-up restaurants along the sound. The Woodlawn Beach boat launch is suitable for jet skis and boats under 30 feet. Other larger ramps are nearby for larger watercraft. The Gulf's white sand beaches are quickly accessible by boat, otherwise its just a short drive down 98 to the Navarre Causeway or PCB bridge to get out on the area's famous beaches.
