Wir befinden uns auf Gulf Island Condominiums Apartment 623. Navarre Beach ist auf einer Barriereinsel, Santa Rosa. Sie haben Zugang zum Strand und Santa Rosa Bay. Geschäfte und Strandvermietungen befinden sich gleich um die Ecke von uns. Tolle Fahrrad- / Wanderwege entlang der Insel. Die Wohnung verfügt über Etagenbetten, ein Schlafsofa und ein Queen-Size-Bett, bequem Platz für 6 Personen. Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Geräte von Toaster bis Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee und Zucker. Topf und Pfannen und Gewürze benötigt, um eine Hausmahlzeit zu kochen. Dies ist unser Strandhaus und wir würden es gerne mit Ihnen teilen. Wir suchen abends gerne Krabben am Strand und entspannen uns tagsüber in den ruhigen Gewässern der Insel.

This place was perfect! It’s close proximity to local restaurants and the pier, as well as a short drive to Pensacola, made the location ideal. The apartment was clean, homey, and the extra amenities like laundry detergent, spices, and coffee made this stay much more comfortable. I highly recommend!

Quiet and Cozy

Casa Blue Jay was a wonderful landing spot for spring break. We didn't want the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions, just the sun on our skin and the wind in our hair, and this area did not disappoint! The neighborhood was quiet and the locals were incredibly friendly. It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Super easy check in/check out. Wendy and Larrin (hosts) were quick to respond to questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We'll definitely stay again the next time we're in Navarre.

It was great no problems. 2nd seating could be more comfortable. Couch was fine. One of few viewing court instead of outward facing bay or sound. We prefer a king bed. Price was most reasonable. Would stay there again.

Great Location!

We stayed at the condo for 5 nights and had a great time! The condo was clean, easy to find and Wendy was quick to respond whenever I had questions. It’s a quick walk to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the pier and restaurants, and has a pool! Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for something a little more quiet than the condos right on the beach.

Too Short!!

We had a wonderful time on vacation during the Thanksgiving break. The water was cool, but we enjoyed the sunny days and time looking for shells. The Condo was a perfect, great fit for a family of five. Clean, easy to find things, and a great stay.

Comfy and clean

This is very spacious for a one bedroom and the hallway bunks were comfortable for my teenager. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It has all the comforts of home so you can relax after a beach day. It's just across from the beach access but there is no water view from the property of either the sound or the Gulf. When we checked out we let Wendy know of a couple of issues like the state of the cookware. She said she would be replacing them for future guests which is great!

June 2022 Review

Property was as promised! Owners were friendly and everything was as they described - nothing misleading. Property was nice, bathrooms were perfect for our family, kitchen was fairly well stocked (lacked cutting knives though), beds were fine but the fold-out couch had some issues - the frame was bent apparently and my 15 year-old was sleeping in a big dip in the middle unless he slept across the frame of the couch. All-in-all it was a good condo! and a nice facility!

We are Wendy and Larrin Orellana. We have 4 year twins, boy and girl. We live in Metairie (just outside of New Orleans). We love Navarre and decided to buy a beach home. Whenever it is not rented we take a ride and enjoy a day or two with our children. We love to walk on the beach and drink coffee by the balcony. We are a welcoming and friendly couple. We are building memories as a family in Navarre, we are hoping to share the same joy with others.

We feel blessed to have found this location since it is so close to mostly everything on the island. Navarre Beach is not too commercialized as others cities nearby Pensacola and Destin. It allows you and your family to relax and spend quality time with each other. We have beach rentals around the corner, along with restaurants and ice creams shops within walking distance.

Since it is located on a barrier island, you have access to both the Santa Rosa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. You can take Gulf Blvd east towards Pensacola, stop on the many National Park beaches along the way and continue all the way to Fort Pickens. The best benefit is that it is a true beach community and not a overly commercialized destination but it is close to them that if you were in need to visit, it is just a 25 min ride to Destin or Pensacola.
