This is the basement unit of a two story house. Recently renovated + central location. The unit has multiple bright and large window wells, providing plenty of natural light. The unit offers a large living + dining space. There is a dry-bar next to the dining table equipped with a mini-fridge, Nespresso and french press coffee makers, hot water kettle, dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom in the unit. The access to the bathroom is through one of the rooms. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer inside the unit.

Please note that our house is a dog-friendly property and we accept pets in our unit. We have a very friendly Siberian Husky, named Milou. You might encounter her roaming around the backyard when you enter the property or when you enjoy the yard. She might come close to say hi and greet you. Please let us know if you are not comfortable and we will keep her in the house.
