The home was very spacious and accommodating. However, there are a lot things that require some TLC! Upon arrival, the greeting message indicated the door could be jammed. This indicates this was a known issue and should've been fixed prior. The landscaping wasn't inviting/up to par. Not to mention, a lady came while my family was outside to put up no parking/driving signs. They were asked to move while she took pictures of her work. I thought that was VERY rude because we were parked in the designated areas. All signage should have placed prior to arrival. The pool wasn't clean. I asked would someone address this, but I was ignored. The kitchen wasn't clean. The dishwasher was filthy, the garbage disposal was clogged. The bathtub upstairs became clogged and the showers werent functioning well. The threshold was broken in the living area which became a tripping hazard. The ceiling fan in the living area needs attention. The garage had dirty towels from a previous stay. The bunk bed upstairs was filthy and had a dirty towel on it from a previous stay. There wasn't any rags or brooms to clean with, only towels. There needs to be better management and housekeeping skills. In my opinion, I don't think the home was cleaned at all and none of the linens had been washed. Thankfully, I was equipped with Lysol and that did provide some relief. The host didn't respond to any messages at all. The host only replied when I had questions prior to arrival and the day of on how to enter.
