This memorable tiny home is anything but ordinary. It features two queen beds, a stocked kitchen & full bathroom. All in under 400 square feet! Come and stay to enjoy simple living but with everything you need.
This amazing tiny home packs everything you need into 400 square feet of space. There are two queen beds; one in the loft and a Murphy bed downstairs. You can expect a full kitchen and bathroom. It is located within the Coastal Creek Village mobile home park. You have one reserved space to park in.
Once you enter in through the south end of the mobile home park, you will proceed down the one way road until you see the yellow “sunshine tiny home”, space #12. From there you will back your car into the reserved space 12 and proceed to the tiny home!
You can always reach me through the messages on the Airbnb website or app :)

This home is one of multiple homes available to rent at this park. It is a brand new unit as of 2022, and has been meticulously cleaned and maintained.
We purchased this mobile home park and had big dreams for a tiny home community, that allowed families and friends to stay in an affordable and comfortable space to explore our favorite place on earth!
We immediately replaced 11/15 homes with brand new, beautiful homes, and redid the entire property.
We’ve created a space that has hosted thousands of guests now! It is a peaceful and quite community that guests have come to love.
There are several long term guest that are incredible nice and keep to themselves.
Parking is tight, but we’ve managed a dedicated space to each home, including several first come first served reserved spaces!
