This newly remodeled contemporary modern Alpine style one bedroom + loft condo has it all! The downstairs offers a large living room with a pull out Pottery Barn leather sofa. The working wood burning fireplace invites for cozy nights by the fire. The open kitchen with a granite island, counter tops and backsplash, brand new dishwasher, ceramic cooktop and stove, microwave and a brand new refrigerator is the happy place for every chef and host. Chat with your guests while you prepare to amaze them, including with the mesmerizing gourmet options the cast iron Weber grill presents!

The downstairs is completed with a marble bathroom with Kohler fixtures and a rain shower. Finally, enjoy soaking in the southern sun at the balcony. Sip your coffee or enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the slopes, secluded by beautiful trees, surrounded by the enchanting sounds of the magical scenery, a symphony for the senses in the heart of the Rockies.

The upstairs offers privacy with two separate bedrooms, one with a new queen-sized bed, the other with two new twin beds with beauty rest mattresses that can be converted to king bed. Built in wardrobes and a washer/ dryer round out the upper level for a comfortable stay.

The condo has been renovated with attention to detail; exposed beams and beautiful build-ins complete this work of art and create a wonderful experience of being welcomed home. The bus stop in front of the condo will take you straight into Vail village under 10 minutes. There is also reserved parking for one vehicle for our guests. Welcome to the tree house and enjoy!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. There are two steep driveways to get to the condo. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
