Easy access to lifts and village

The property is very close to the lifts and Vail Village. The interior is a little dated, but it’s a great deal for the price and location. Parking space is included, which saves about 50 a day for parking in Vails lots. We would stay here again.

Great location in Vail. On the bank of Gore Creek.

Met our need exactly. Highly recommended.Only negative is that previous guest broke the "No smoking" rule and property staff attempted to cover over the stink of stale tobacco with stinky deodorizer. Fortunately, we managed to get rid of the smell with fans and open windows but it took a day.

Nice place

There is a lot of clutter, very few electrical outlets, and the bedside lamp stands are about to collapse. But, for the price it is a great location and very conveniently located. We would stay again.

- Great location to Vail Village.- Much better than a hotel room.- The first night the heat did not work well, but got fixed the next day.- The condo is showing it's age. Some repairs needed.- Did not like being taxed on host fees and rental fees.

Clean and comfortable. So walkable. Ate most of our meals in Vail Village. Did walk over to Lionshead for dinner. Short walk to Gondola One. Will stay there again. Excellent communication and helpful info from leasing agent

Unit needs an overhaul, especially the rugs, lighting and furniture. Had to use space heaters since there appears to be no heat. Electric is likely out of code.

The property management was great. Very responsive with easy check in and out. Parking is outside, but close to front door.Not quite a "5 minute" walk to lift, but only one stop on shuttle bus.Note that unit can only get up to 65-68 degrees. They do have space heaters to supplement. Other issue is strange (mildew) smell in bedroom. Could be bothersome to some.Note

Great for a small family of 4

Overall it was a nice place and the location was perfect for dropping kids to ski school. 5 minute walk to Golden Peak. There are a set of stairs going down to the unit and no elevator, so anyone with a handicap, beware. Also, there was quite a bit of confusion over where to park. The instructions say to park anywhere but we received text messages asking us to move our car and a knock at the door from a neighbor claiming we were in her spot. Later, the property manager clarified the official HOA rules and said we could park anywhere but we had already taken the time to move anyway. The laundry room across the hall from the unit was super convenient and we loved the little outdoor patio off of the living room. Great value!

Perfect location

Pros: This location is excellent for access to Vail Village, Gondola One, or Golden Peak. I parked my car and never drove it again for the whole week! The unit is well equipped with all the essentials and it has a pretty view! Property management is EXCELLENT and VERY easy to communicate with and respond very quickly. A++++!! Con: There seemed to be a fairly strong mildew odor in the bedroom. I ended up sleeping on the couch the whole time. It wasn’t a big deal since it was just me and I notified management toward the end of my stay and they immediately replied and said they would check it out after I left, which I was fine with. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully the odor is taken care of!

Vail Jazz Party visit

We chose this location for its proximity to the Vail Jazz Party at Manor Vail Lodge. The condo met our expectations except that we had trouble with the heating because the baseboards were not turned on and the one portable heater was insufficient for the space. We finally got an addition heater from the management which solved the heating problem. Without knowing which sockets were on the same circuit we did trip a circuit breaker resulting in loss of the WiFi. I was able to fix the problem after I realized that the breaker had tripped. Also, the toilet was still loose even after maintenance said that they had fixed it. We consistently had trouble unlocking and locking the front door, it usually worked on the third or fourth try. Suggest a reading lamp on both sides of the bed, the one standing lamp is very unstable, and I couldn't tighten it up. Thank you.

Perfect location and great price

Overall- prime location and you can’t beat the price. It’s much bigger than they let on in the listing. Bed was comfy. Would stay again but there were some cons- The lock on the doorknob in the bathroom was broken There is no fan in the bathroom and the slats on the ceiling were broken The fan in the kitchen makes a HORRIBLE squeeling sound so loud that, until we figured out what it was and turned it off, neither of us could sleep Communication was very, very bad. Took more than 2 days to answer a question prior to check in and at one point I had to call VRBO because the communication was so bad that I thought the listing might have been fake and we were going to be ghosted or cancelled last minute When we messaged both the property owner and maintenance about the fan issue it took them until the next day to respond and at that point we had just dealt with it ourselves. The electrical system is BAD. Multiple outlets didn’t work - in fact we could only find 2 electrical outlets that actually did work and share them to charge our devices and even then they would only work with certain cords or power blocks and it took all night to charge 1 phone. If you end up booking here- the top socket for the plug above the microwave and the bottom socket for the one to the left of the sink are your best bets.

I see from our correspondence that we addressed with you directly an early check in request, sent directions twice to the provided email, and let you know we would work to get you in early. When you reported a noise issue we asked for further details to better help and there was never a response for the duration of the stay, we're always happy to fix any issues that may arise as best we can. You get what you pay for

I should have trusted my instinct. The price was too good to be true. Well it was about $125 a night less than what we are used to paying for comparable sized condos during dec / jan. in Vail village. They failed to disclose that there was major knocking and pinging in the pipes that will definitely keep you up all night! When I told them about it, they said that it was in the reviews! Well reviews aren't a substitute for disclosure. Had we been told, there is no way I would have booked this place. Also, just a few days in, the toilet overflowed leaving me to clean up the mess. In the managers defense, they did return my call about both issues promptly and they did bring me new towels the next day to replace the ones that I had to use to mop up the mess. There was a missing cabinet door in the kitchen that had a note on it saying the previous tenants had a mishap and they were fixing it. They never came to replace the door. One of the shower doors gets stuck so very inconvenient to get in and out of the shower. The airbed leaked so my 6 year old woke up on the floor every morning. The only true convenience about the unit was the fact that the laundry room was right in front so it was easy to do laundry. If you are looking for cheap and don't mind not getting a good nights rest then this is a good choice. Other than that, I would not recommend.

Some guests have reported banging noise in the heating system of the building and others have not. It seems to be fairly random but unfortunately it is part of the common heating system that we can not control or remedy. We did try to respond to your maintenance requests as quickly as possible. Most guests find this unit very cozy and comfortable at a good value with a great location in the village and so we are disappointed that it didn't meet your expectations. I hope we can assist you in the future, even if it is in another property.

Nice touches with the movie selection, board games, reading selection, etc. The kitchen has everything you'll need and having a coin laundry directly across the hall made our packing much lighter! The doors off to the back open up to a nice lawn with trees on the side of the creek with a table and chairs to enjoy lunch. Bed was comfortable, nice comforter and pillows as well. Only issue was very minor. We could not find a parking pass left for us. It took 3 days and 3 phone calls to get one. In the meantime, they told us to put a sign on our dash with our name and room number. This worked fine, I just still worried I would get towed. We ran into one other parking issue, which was also minor. Instructions are to park wherever as long as marked vail trails east and does not say owner (even though each spot is marked with a specific unit number, they say this doesn't matter). we did get a not happy note on our car telling us to move one day because they were the owner of that unit. We double checked and that spot was not marked owner and was definitely part of vail trails east (when we called, the help line suggested that we might have accidentally parked next door). Perhaps they had just not updated the sign? No big deal, just had to move the car. I suspect these issues can be fixed before the next guest, I would not let this affect my decision to stay here. It really was a great stay. P.S. the helpline people always answered and seemed very helpful. It was a holiday weekend, so that may be why it took a few days to get the pass.

Great location and nice space.. well stocked and very clean!

Had a great time in Vail and this was the ideal location for exploring the area. Quiet, clean and very comfortable!!

Ski condo

Short walk to Golden Peak. Condo appliances were a bit outdated and small, although kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc... overall, it was a good little place for the value.
