A Traditional Family Chalet! Your family will enjoy staying in this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath traditional chalet. Located towards the end of a cul-de-sac, this cabin offers many eclectic touches that will have you reminiscing for years! The main floor features an open and airy living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows providing an easterly exposure with a territorial view. A comfy leather sectional faces a “smart” flat-screen monitor and a wood-burning fireplace (firewood NOT provided) to cozy up to. A dining table seats four comfortably, plus a kitchen island workstation/breakfast bar adds seating for three more persons. There is also one bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and a second bedroom with another king-sized bed…both offering private outside access via separate doors. A ¾-bath rounds out the main floor. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft sitting area (for quieter moments), one large bedroom with 1 queen-sized bed plus 1 set of standard-sized bunk beds…great for the kiddos, and 1 full bath. Outside the main floor back doors is a nice cement patio with a handcrafted fireplace and a gas grill. Just a few steps away is a private outdoor hot tub! This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
